KIMBERLEY BEasy access. Pleasant service. Check-in was easy. Check out was a bit unclear for after hours. It wasn’t just dropping the key. I wasn’t told to go to link to share location and answer questions and take photo of the truck in the lot. So it took some back and forth in the rain to do it properly. Which was frustrating. Otherwise, I would use this location again. Thank you.

Rashid MI originally reserved to pick up a truck at a different location. When I arrived, many trucks were parked there, but when I went to sign in to my reservation on the U-Haul app, it said no equipment had been assigned to my reservation. I had to call customer service and eventually they were able to find a truck for me at another location (Brinkley Rd). This inconvenience cost me time and money to drive to a separate location. Also, when the app was verifying my profile, customer service failed to respond to my in-app messages. Only after waiting on hold for 20 minutes did the verification process finally resolve itself. However, the agent we spoke to on the phone said stopped replying to us during the call, and we were very confused what was going on. Overall we were quite disappointed with our pick up process and how convoluted it ended up being.

Jose MNo set hours for business. Look behind driver seat and found a large bottle of urine which is still there.Had problems checking truck in from Saturday through Monday. Got mad and just left it there on Monday. Should not be charged for those extra days

Trianesha SI didn't like the log on returning the truck there is a better way to do that procedure the 1800 # needs to be available at all times it is very slow needs much improvement overall everything went really well the location I went to the customer service was excellent
Eljin WTruck was missing extra equipment asked for in reservation. Gas tank was left on a quarter tank, and on return the company tried to charge me a 100 refuel charge.

byron mI was overcharged: I was billed for 88 miles, when the actual mileage was 46 miles +or minus 4 miles. When I tried to correct this fact I was told that’s was just what the odometer showed. The trip was from 3063 Brinkley rd ( one block from pickup $ to 4210 Southwinds Pl and back, No deviations .
