Truck had been picked up at 10:am in Clayton at Clayton Tire. Truck was not due until 10:00 a.m. on September 22. Truck was turned in at 701 South Elizabethtown at 5:10 p.m. (7 hrs. and 10 minutes after rental). Location was closed. Key to truck and rental contract were placed in the drop box outside the business. I was charged for an extra day because the owner of the business did not check the truck in until after 11:00 a.m. on September 22. I have rented trucks from this location before and have had to make several trips to the business before the owner could complete the transaction. I will no longer go to this business for any future rentals of u haul equipment. I want the charge for the extra day of rental removed from my credit card.DANNY P.

The store where the Uhaul vendor was located was messy and had fleas. The truck we rented had a check engine light on for 800 miles. It appeared to be from the tow/haul feature.Matthew A.
