Rented a 20 foot truck truck was not available at time of pick up. Had to make extra trip cause Truck was not picking up for what I needed. U-Haul should be more responsible on the truck stay round.

It took me an hr to get u haul. Closed on weekends and they couldn’t get lockbox opens it was horrible
Ashley P1) previous rentals included a walk thru to indicate any damage prior to renting , on this rental did not and was damage such as broken driver's side mirror, many dents , scratches etc . 2) inside this location it's too busy ....not customer busy too many distractions , items for sale etc. 3) vehicle was not ready at 10:00 am 4) I had to go to 2 locations to get all rented equipment.

Ron BComplete and utter scam. Let me reserve a Uhaul and then they weren't open when I arrived. Made it look like it was set up for a mobile pickup. Entered the lockbox and there was no key. Couldn't even call their number, it went straight to a full voicemail box. Thankfully the Uhaul headquarters refunded my money.
