Electronically getting the truck was chaos but the manager at a nearby moving and storage facility coordinated and smoothed things out. I was greatly delayed (hour) plus the gas only had 22miles until empty-unacceptable!

Jeff S.u-haul or respect the place where I indicate my preference to leave the truck. They sent me to a location that was closed on Sunday and was very inconvenient to access with the truck and trailer. where I indicated my pick up preference at 2201 W Tennessee St it was open and I asked the staff there for help and they refused to help me they were just as hostile as the staff where I picked up 1700 N State Rd. overall the tension of the staff at U-haul was lousy.

Kurt V.The lady at the drop off location on Norman Drive in Tallahassee led me to believe that if I dropped the trailer off there, that it would a $25 charge for alternate location, she then said you don't have to wait for your receipt, BIG MISTAKE. I left and got a charge for $467.16. I immediately called her back and informed her of the charges and she said, "You'll have to call the 800 number, I'm already gone." It wasn't even closing time yet. I called the UHaul 800 number multiple times, spoke to multiple people after being on hold from 11 to 45 minutes each time with no resolution. I was also told that a regional manager would be giving me a call. Still waiting for that call. AVOID renting from here if possible, do yourself a favor anf go with anyone else, you'll save yourself lots of money and wasted time.
