The location was clean but not inviting. Even though we dropped it off supposedly during their business hours, but it was closed so we did an electronic drop off. I had to call to get help. Thank goodness the representative was extremely patient and helpful.

drew sThe pick up was not notified of the change for pickup. I tried calling the number given for the site and was informed that the number was disconnected. Therefore I had to contact her on her business phone and explain why I was at her salon to pick up the truck. The process took over 45 minutes.
