Maria OI just want to say that the woman who runs this place, Terry, she is so awesome. Jessie who works up front is also awesome. These two ladies were the very best!! I would recommend this place, or any place these women are, to everybody and anybody. This move has weighed heavy on my heart and I the fact that Terry and Jessie were the people i had to interact with, to rent a uhaul, made it a little lles heavy on me. Thank you ladies. You truly are two of the few good ones left. My storage/uhaul therapists! Lol

Wade Wthis was the worst experience with uhaul or any moving/storage company i've ever had. absolutely abysmal. horribly unprofessional and no communication. they didn't even have the equipment we ordered, we only got one uhaul furniture dolly instead of two. uhaul let me schedule 9:30am to 9:30am but that wasnt even when the place was opened!! i couldnt pick up the uhaul until after 10am when someone opened the gate for me, and then i couldnt drop off at 9:30 either. luckily i got there before 9:30 and started the dropoff process on the app so i wouldnt be charged an extra day, but when i called them to open the gate the security office said they wont be coming in today!!! then i called uhaul support and they finally were able to provide me with another phone number to call to get the gate access code and drop off the uhaul myself. but they acted like they were doing an exception for me, and that i had done something wrong. when in fact i was just trying to pick up and drop off at my alloted times. i had also tried to drop the truck off that evening prior since i no longer needed it, but the place closed early then too! and i was met with an earful from an unprofessional and sexist worker at the storage facility. 0/10. would NOT recommend.
