Ensure that tire straps on car dollies are properly installed and not twisted.
Justin CYou could better explain charges to the customer(s) if using a Debit/Credit Card. as well as using cash as a payment method, and make sure there's no questions. Also double check the outgoing mileage on the vehicle along with the customers.

Shelia BMy email indicated that I would be picking up the equipment at Red King’s Interstate Garage in Emporia, VA. When I arrived there, they did not have my reservation or the equipment. It took them several calls to learn that I needed to make a 56-mile round trip to T & A at Courtland, VA in less than one hour before they closed for the holiday. Please do a better job of communicating with customers and dealers.

Cindy BTrucks need to be equipped with some sort of sound/noise deadening insulation. Road noise and engine/exhaust noise is very loud inside the cab. Nowadays people rely on some sort of GPS app for directions. Most people renting UHaul trucks are traveling with them to unfamiliar places. Need to be able to hear the GPS give directions. Could not hear that without holding phone to my ear, leaving only one hand to drive with. This was not necessarily an issue on the highway. Could be very problematic and dangerous in a hectic, congested city.

Christy WA service agent from UHaul called me the day before - told me they were going to cancel my reservation because they could not see my truck available- they were rude when I refused to cancel - I stated I believed they could not see it in the system - but I believed it would be there the next morning. I do feel like I was treated rudely and am very dissatisfied with the scheduler that called me Sunday June 5. The location I rented from was very courteous- and I would like to know the negative customer service I experienced is being addressed.

DAVID WThere are no options to pay on a trailer as you go. You physically have to unload a whole trailer into another one just to pay off the balance which is very inconvenient and customer service is one of the worst I’ve dealt with.

Monique TPlease look at the notes/records for this rental. I'm completely disappointed with U-Haul. I received notice of the pickup location change two hours prior to pickup, UNACCEPTABLE. The change was well over 60 miles away. UNACCEPTABLE. Although the truck was at the new pickup site, none of the equipment I need was available. I had to drive to three other U-haul location to pickup the needed equipment. UNACCEPTABLE

James JI told the agent that I had a 12 x 12 shed that I was unloading so I needed a U-Haul big enough to put it in. He gave me a 10 x 8 van that did not accommodate the things to be moved. He should have either gotten one in for me or directed me to another U-Haul dealer in the area. Luckily, the people helping me move, solved the problem. The receptionist was great.
Linda jHaving to drive 80 miles to pick up a rental is unacceptable. The 3 hour delay during a time when we were busy packing a household for moving was most inconvenient. Actually, that caused us to delay our departure by 1 day.

NICOLE S08/12/20 T&A repairs were professional and friendly people. They brought out the trailer unhooked it from forklift and left it for me to hook it up. I HOOKED IT UP with no issue. Again friendly down to earth folks. 080320 I contacted UHaul to verify my quote that went to a reservation. No issues. 08/04/20 a UHaul rep at (434-634-2060) called me and said he was moving my reservation Car Hauler to be at 134 Courtland rd, Emporia. 08/05/20 I went to 134 Courtland rd Emporia to pay and verify that on 08/12/20 my car hauler would be ready. Man was again rude like the last rental and said no one from UHaul called me about picking up trailer from his location. I called the 434-634-2060 UHaul rep and indeed he verified that I was corrected and was going to pick up the car hauler from the UHaul rep at 134 Courtland rd. 08/11/20 I went online and prechecked in 08/12/20 I went to 134 Courtland rd Emporia to pick up my reservation car hauler. The business was closed, so I waited from 9am til 10:45. I called UHaul customer service and was on the phone 1 3/4 hrs talking with Eliza. She was very helpful and friendly. After 45 minutes into the long phone call, she took my payment and gave me a verification number. She then put me on hold. The online UHaul recording does state " you can pick up and drop off from over the phone" so I hooked up the car hauler and left while still on hold. After 45 minutes or so Eliza came back on the line and then told me I could not take the trailer for there was no business rep. I explained she gave me the comp number and the transaction was verified. She said for me to take the trailer back and I had to go 40 minutes drive time from 1st UHaul spot to 2nd UHaul spot to pick up another trailer. The issue was UHaul online system and nothing wrong on my end. So I took the trailer back to 134 Courtland rd. The business rep was there again and he called a police friend of his and tried to say I had stolen the trailer. I explained to the off duty officer the issue and no problem, so I unhooked the trailer and left. Before leaving I explained to the off duty officer that the business rep pulled up and stopped 5 minutes at the business while I was on the phone with the UHaul rep. The business rep said nothing and left. So he knew from the previous Wednesday I had reservations, he talked with the other UHaul location and was told my reservation for the trailer was moved to his location last Wed. So he knew and yesterday he has seen me waiting at his business for my reservation. I also explained to the off duty officer I have had no less than 3 US security clearances, and worked assignments under DOD, DOE, USACE, US Army, US Navy, US State Dept, THe World Bank and was a former Texas Peace Officer so there was no GODLY reason I was trying to steal a UHaul car hauler trailer. The officer had nothing else to say. I left and went to 2nd location to nicer UHaul reps and hooked up the trailer my self. Again no issues doing that. Eliza said I would be credited $50 from the web site and another $50 for the issues I was going through. Verify with the UHaul rep at 434-634-2060 and he will tell you we spoke last Tuesday and last Wednesday. He will verify that the business rep at 134 Courtland rd was aware last Wednesday I was scheduled to pick up the car hauler from him 0n 08/12/20/
FRANKIE LT & A repairs gave me excellent customer service. In addition the truck drove well.
