One of the Safety Chains was dammaged, and broke the first day. The right tail light fell off on a very rough road between Needles, CA and Willians AZ. The right-hand tie down strap was frayed and hard to work with.

The 15 ft truck is 29.95, however your charge for mileage is ridiculous. I had to pay 150.00 for mileage and 50 dollars in gas. So renting the truck for one day with everything cost me $230.00 dollars
My distance was 100 miles round trip.
I would never rent a 15 ft truck again!!!
I thought there was a certain amount of miles given with the rental but it seems there is none.

Terrible experience I will never use uhaul again! I had to drive an hour through anow to pick up my U-Haul. Why do I reserve a uhaul if it’s not going to be available at the time I need in the city I need it?

2nd time I have rented this configuration of open trailer. Incredibly stable on the road and incredibly well built. You should sell these things àt a premium price point because no manufacturer on the planet makes anything like it.

Data entered through the Uhaul website for reservations could be transferred to the dealer so he doesn't have to re-enter - thus ensuring a quicker transaction.
