Local rental location was very good. Problem with corporate continually calling and emailing me about setting up a drop off location. I told them time and time again that this rental was only for in town use and I would be returning to place of rental. Corporate morons couldn’t get a grip on that concept! Wow what kinda idiots work for you?

KOLLAN KDropped truck and dolly off on a Saturday. Repair shop was working but no one in office. Left the keys and contract in the drop box.
Steve WI had a brand new truck, 1100 miles on the odometer, this was great. The car hauler straps need better design, mod's. to accomodate a 17 in. wheel/tire like mine, as the straps would slip off the wheels shortly after traveling down the road. T&D has competent, friendly, helpful staff, and they have a repair facility with repair staff onsite, if needed.
William LI was stranded at the airport as my ride didn't make it. The guy from the UHaul came and picked me up. Great customer service like that is hard to come by.
lydia hI got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I turned the truck I. With a half tank. You guys still charged me 1 dollar for going 1 extra mile. Wtf?

Bryan FMy UHual localtion is Fort Madison, Iowa. The night before pickup I was told I would have to go to Burlington, Iowa which is a $130 cab ride. My Uhaul experience has been the worst experience with a major company, and that says everthing. The equipment was clean, but not well maintained. I think there was something wrong with the engine.

TARA CThe U-haul rep. at this location (Curry?) was helpful. He dropped what he was doing to accommodate us. Very friendly, even with negative prior circumstances being what we encountered from the picking up of the vehicle (in another State). Would definitely recommend this Location!!!

Sarah MLarge Pit dogs tried to attack us. The man was very rude, and charged us for fuel when the fuel was above necessary amount. He didn’t even check the truck while we were there, he said he didn’t have time and would to before closing
