GEORGE SMALLVacuum the inside. The floor and floor mats were very dirty. Replace the headlights, they are excessively very dim for night driving.

Lynette Jattan- CunninghamA man at the location was washing a car and he came, collected the key, and left. He gave me no turn-in documents or even looked at the fuel gauge. I returned the truck with slightly more fuel than was in it when I picked it up, but I’m sure that wasn’t properly annotated. I have never had such a weird and off-putting drop off.

Cherie BetheaParking lot area is small and made it difficult for parking the 26 ft truck. Also this was not the location I originally picked to drop the truck off at so I had to drive out of my way to return the vehicle.
Jean YoungTruck has a check engine light when pointed out was told to notify the drop off location. Cost almost double in gas making the trip down.

Matthew KincaidFirst of all I had a charging issue where Uhaul tried to charge me $93 for gas when the gas was properly put back then when I called the location the representative that spoke to me got a attitude with me and told me it was my fault I put something in the wrong when I tried to contact Uhaul I could not get through and it was ridiculous still have not spoke to no one and I am still trying to figure out why I am being charge $93 for fuel. I actually overpaid for mileage just in case ahead of time
Tamra JohnsonTried to drop off on Saturday around 430 and they were closed. We had an enclosed trailer. They said they close at 5pm but was already closed at 430. We tried on Sunday. The open sign was on but door was locked no one was there we just left the trailer
Miguel BaligodSo much went wrong I don’t know where to start. The bad experience was due to U-Haul system issues. System kept updating on its own, changing dates, pick up and drop off locations. Site wasn’t working correctly, after I uploaded my DL and check in the equipment pickup step never come up. The truck didn’t have the dolly I purchased but I was still charged for it. I would continue but it would take too long.

Charles KleinAt first, I was not able to gain access via the uhaul portal. I waited for over 20/25 minutes trying to log in and finally the owner drove up and assisted me with the rental drop off. He was very helpful and my guardian angel.
VICTORIA BAXLEYWorst experience ever renting a truck and moving all because of uhaul. Why offer things if they are unreliable in an already hectic time in someone's life. Would never recommend anyone to rent from uhaul or use any of its other services no matter the cost.
aimee richardsThis is not the rental drop off I request when I made the reservation over the phone. So.I don't know anything about them. This is the second time I make a reservation, privide the address of drop off, and still something else is written down.
JENNIFER MARTINI brought the vehicle back 2 days early and called them twice to ensure there were no issues. They never returned my call, but charged my credit card an additional $150.00 fee; without any explanation as to why. I am driving back there tomorrow to try and resolve the matter. I was asked by U-Haul to take it to this location, when I should have stayed with the one down the street from my home.
