The van we were rented did not have an operating A/C. Not a big deal in the spring, but on a day with a heat advisory it was a necessary feature.

The van was adequately clean and functioned correctly. However, the extra things we ordered were all incorrect or missing. T&T Repair wasn't open during listed hours so we had to go through another Uhaul provider to get some of the missing things and had to locate a different business to provide the appliance dolly. This was time consuming and more expensive. I would not recommend this Uhaul provider.

They did not help us hook up the trailer. There was not a light hook on the trailer. We had to go buy one and attach it. We had to pull the trailer with no lights until we got to a place that sold the kits. The trailer was very heavy for us to lift it to attach to the hitch. It had rust on the hitch so it was very had to turn. It was not a good experience.

I had to keep my uhaul for 3 extra days or so and i recieved a receipt monday aug. 20th and then on aug. 23rd i was billed for the extra days which made my bank account go negative . Can you explain why i would recieve a receipt for a bill if it was not already paid ? Not to mention how that could affect my bank account in a negative way .

The only thing I can think of that would improve the experience for the next sucker that gets lured in would be for uhaul to liquefy all assets, completely close any and all locations, use newly acquired funds to pay every employee a severance package for any and damages incurred while an employee at uhaul. Then and only then could uhaul start to begin the restution process for the countless grievances it has committed against it's ever so loyal clientele base. Being the biggest company in the business DOES NOT give a company the right to then treat customers like the trash top executives obviously view them as, simply due to a lack of any other viable option. Uhaul has some serious housecleaning to do and it should start with the top down.

It took an hour to find this location! The GPS took us to three different places in town. Atwood’s location was one of the stops. The employee said they’ve had people come in looking for the same place at times. It was after closing hours so we couldn’t call. Thought maybe it was on the other side of a dead in street we were taken to the third time, so we drive around tothe other side and finally found it.

The lady who assisted me was extremely rude and unhelpful, more argumentative than anything. I I checked in online the morning of my pickup so I had everything picked and paid for. She argued with me that my drop off location wasn’t a good location and said that I would need to call U-Haul the following day to select my drop off location. When I reviewed my contract the address I had selected online was printed on my contract. So why would she argue with me?! I will never use that location ever again!
