Amy JI was expecting a UHUAL store like Apple Valley CA. The young man was very nice. After driving across country and paying over $3200.00 I expected a receipt showing everything was complete. He just took keys and said thank you. I ended up calling the Apple Valley UHAUL to make sure that was normal. She did say yes and that it showed we had dropped off the uhual.

KEITH DThey truck and the inside of the trailer were nasty. We had to clean it before we could put our furniture inside. Even had to sweep out the cab. My husband sent pics. I have never picked up a truck with no fuel in it. Maybe had 1/8 of a tank.
Anthony CTruck was low on gas. The whole process of the 24/7 pick up process was not easy. I was asked three times to upload my photo ID. Then when I dropped it off I could not take a picture of where the truck was parked. I could not complete the checking process.

Tom HGot scammed out of $108 in gas. U hual traveled around 45 miles and they charged me $108 for 20 gallons of gas. When u hual was picked up at 1/4 tank and returend at 1/4 tank.
