Juan AWhen placed reservation online it told me there was a dolly there for 7.00 but when i arrived they didnt have it. I was not charged for it. Just was hoping to have been able to use one. I really needed it
Chantay RCheck in was inefficient and long ( this is a convenience store location- completely odd to rent a vehicle here - they are not properly setup to handle such transactions) . The vehicle was not properly cleaned and nobody to complain to as again this is a convenience shop.

Sheila TMy complaint is only with customer service rep I spoke to on phone. Very nasty for no reason. I only called because UHaul messed up my reservation and kept texting me wrong info. Called to correct and verify and rep was nasty and had very bad attitude. Please listen to recording. Ty
