Did the online "Check In" and the lady I talked to at the pick up site was very fast and efficient. Took only 5 minutes to get the van and drive away. Van was perfect, everything worked well. Can definitely recommend this rental location!

Jesus MedellinThe van had great features like the back up camera, automatic locks, and cabin lights. The process for pick up and drop off were very straightforward. The van had stickers indicating points of damage which was helpful for indicating pre-pickup condition. My only minor complaint was that the tank was only 3/8 full at pick up but was not a problem since we were only using it locally.

Christopher JamesLocation was easy to find with onsite parking, team was efficient helping me get my truck and items to get moving quickly, team then went above and beyond checking in the truck, making sure everything was great for me and even topping off air in my personal vehicle tires. Great experience, will rent from here again.
Brandon Smithi returned the truck and immediately dropped the keys in the drop box without prior knowledge that i needed to take pictures and note mileage info etc. it would have been helpful if the location representative explained or warn me of the drop off process as this was our first time. drop off was after hours, no one at location to assist.

Darline KafkaIt was the 2nd time I rented uhaul this month here at technics auto body location and they were both have excellent services. For sure next time I will go here first before anywhere else even it's a little farther. It just a little harder to find parking if you decided to leave your car when you rented.
Leo UmaliI suggest not charging late fee when - the customer is late for less than 1 hr, and when the truck is not booked by someone else at that time. I was charged late fee when I was late by half hr and truck was not booked by anyone until next morning. Otherwise, I might end up overbooking (say for 24hrs) next time even if I need it for 5 hrs.

Eduardo TanpincoThe electronic check- in seems to be a good idea but requires a lot and wasn’t as quick as I thought it would be. I also wish I’d known it was going to ask for all those pictures at check out before I parked and turned off the car. That became a bit complicated to do afterwards. Overall, if I try the same way next time, I know it would be faster. I’m sure with some updates, this option will be stronger and more used.

Durga ChhetriOrdered a dolly and moving blankets. They didn’t have blankets, so removed that from the contract. However, there was no dolly given to me. Now, I’m being charged for the dolly fee $12 and a missing dolly fee of $75. It will take 2-3 days to resolve and I’ll just have to stay on top of it. Thanks for the headache!!

Jeongin sonThe U Haul app itself is unwieldy and not that easy to navigate. U Haul changed the equipment provider was changed but my account was not updated until I texted. Also, there were no followup instructions on how to get the keys to the rental. This provider, though, was very helpful and I was glad they were open today during the Thanksgiving holidays.

diana arianiThere is no parking facility at this location and I had to park my car far away while renting the Uhaul truck. This is my only complaint.
desmond tanThe place was good. The staff was nice. Asked my to ask him if i have any questions. My issue was 1) they key was bit in my assigned box. 2) it took about 15 minutes waiting on customer service to switch trucks. 3) check engine light was kn the whole time and it smelled like gasoline. I spent $45 to drive 44 miles. A person in a car pulled up next to me and said theybrhink the car is leaking gas. He said that whenever i accelerated the truck, gas would shoot out of the tail pipe.
