Worst first experience ever
Hamza WThis location hasn't parking lot for the vehicles, and customer has to spend long time looking for a parking spot at the time of returns the vehicle. Not good. Beside this issue everything else is OK

Mitchell MThe van was dirty from the start and due to the urgency of my appointment, I took the van. Arrived at my destination, my sister screamed became a roach walked up the windshield from the dashboard; utterly disgusting. Took a picture to show the location once I got back and the owners daughter respond was there’s nothing I can do. Yes there is clean and exterminate your equipment before renting them out. Will not rent from this location again.

Hattie WI would not recommend this location at all. When I got there, the only worker that knew what to do for the reservation stepped out and came back 45 minutes later delaying my pick up time. No one else knew how to help me and gave me nasty attitudes. Also, the van smelled like smoke. This was not a pleasant experience

It's a good thing I don't have asthma otherwise I would have not been able to use the van. when picking up the van I had to wait a long time and the store smells like old stale curry food.

Rosanna TOverall bad experience. At time of pick up I had no dolly, blanket. Or hand truck. The vehicle needed cleaning. There was dust all on the dash board and cup holders, trash in the cup holders, and a plastic bottle on the floor that near rolled under the gas pedal. When I booked the rental, I was given a retail u-haul store to pick up supplies that I ordered. The location was 15 minutes from the neighborhood u-haul small business merchant I frequent. The order could not be found in the computer so I waited 20 minutes for a clerk to search the computer, show proof of payment on my u-haul account, produce my proof of payment on my credit card account (how embarrassing) to only be told that I can just take the items on the shelf. Also, at return I was charged for the dolly, the hand truck, and blankets that I never received.

John SThe guy first gave me the bill for same amount I saw online and asked me to bring back the truck at the same location without paying anything extra but he charged me more $35 for extra miles. I would have returned it back to my original chosen location if he would recommend me to bring it back.

Phillip MThe process was fine however. No one walked you through the vehicle to confirm gas and mileage. The vehicle needed servicing and it was very dirty. I had to take time to clean the vehicle. There was also no parking available and I had to park a few blocks from the location. The staff was not cooperative and told me to drive around and look for parking which took some time. They also told me if I don’t park the vehicle in a proper location I would be responsible. Very poor service. Was not a very happy customer and I find that U Haul should choose their service providers a bit better so that their customers are properly served and have a good experience to encourage them to come back. I would not venture to rent a vehicle here anymore.
