ceone jI was charged for gas even though I filled it up to the level it was at pickup. Definitely scammed out of money from this location. I will be filing a claim to get that money back. The truck was filthy dirty inside and out. I had to drive the truck off a dirt lot with no ramp to the street. Not a big deal in a big truck but they could have moved the truck for me to the pavement. The truck needed maintenance with a gas cap alert and a check engine light on. Otherwise the truck was useful and got my job done and the return process to the off hours location was seamless. Employees were polite and fast to get the rental for me.

JORGE DTHIS WAS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD. THEY NEVER CALLED ME TO CONFIRM RESERVATION. WHEN WE SHOW UP TO PICK UP THEY DONT HAVE HALF THE THINGS WE SELECTED TO RENT LIKE APPLIANCE DOLLY AND MOVING BLANKETS. THEY DIDNT CARE. STAFF DIDNT CARE TO BE HELPFUL OR ADDRESS ANY ISSUES.
Mayra CEverything was fine with my cycle trailer- no issues whatsoever:)! But you REALLY need a paved surface to get to the trailers - bouncing my wife’s Lincoln over that rutted, rocky dirt was awful. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Henry PThe person in charge did not assist in testing the turning and breaking lights. He remained behind the counter like he was busy. There were no customers. That shows no management or customer service skills.

Charles GStore owner employee was rude, could not find the truck keys to U-Haul. Made the contract for 26’ truck yet wanted us to take a 20’ truck because he couldn’t find keys. The problem with that is you reserve ahead of time reservation is guaranteed or a $50 discount. The man did not wanna honor the $50 nor change the reservation for it to state the 20 foot truck. So he started to hit things in the store and toss things around til he found the keys. Would’ve gone elsewhere but the call center was also not helping to find a closer location with the same size truck
Oscar CWhen the rep connected the trailer to my hitch, they did not install it correctly and when I was driving on the freeway, the trailer came off the ball and it the back of my car causing damage and stopping the freeway. I reattached it correctly and had no more issues, but I did have to turn it over to my insurance company.
Gregory PPut a lock on your fuel cap.. it appears people are stealing the gas.. I’ve rented 3 trucks with according to the facility have had gas stolen… And yes the truck is clean inside but outside dirty

Charles RI was very unhappy with the service, with the person that was there he was angry and rude, you had to drive through a dirt field to pick up a trailer it was horrible with Ross said everything, the trailer at self was not in good condition. The guy did not tell me that it was missing the drop-down wheel that makes it so you can get it off of the vehicle so I had to take my Jack out of my truck and jack it up to get it off the hitch and it was horrible in the Rocky dirty Field that they have them parked in. This was a horrible experience I want someone from management to contact me. This was the worst ever and I've rented from you guys throughout the years. I have all my construction crew rent directly from you guys and I would like better service
Scott HIt takes a long time for associates to answer the phone. Not at this location. On one occasion, I was transferred, to simi Valley and also to Fresno.
Guadalupe NThe uhaul that we rented was very very dirty I was extremely disappointed. It also had a terrible smell. It smelt like manure really bad!

Tanya VWhen I arrived at the facility the truck was unavailable. We did find another truck but The truck was hard to start. There is something wrong with the Part where you put the key in you turn it and you have to turn it so hard. It took a long time to get the key on that truck.
