Maybe just give w grace window of 3-4 hours after scheduled drop off to accommodate any less than full day changes to schedule. But at $20 per day plus insurance it's totally reasonable that it's extra time = extra day. Overall a great experience, would totally recommend.

Stop being cheap and shady with the gas consumption. the gas was at 5/8 full which was in the “circle” where it was supposed to be returned. Yet i was charged for 3 gallons of gas. If you want to charge more. Then charge more. Don't be shady and use the gas as a way to make more money.

Very frustrated with this process. Uhaul says they give a free month but make it difficult to know if a location is eligible. Then canceling the reservation and receiving the $6.95 back is a nightmare

This was a terrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this location to anybody. Terrible customer service, office was dingy, owner was not pleasant, and the order was not prepared properly.

Nice, clean, safe storage. However, the manager often is not there and is unreliable about when he will be available. I had to come three times before he was there during regular posted hours to rent

No front lights!! Only one high beam worked. Also, the 24/7 app wasted about 40 minutes of my time and ended up not working so I had to revert to waiting for the u-haul center to open up (for pickup) and dropping off the vehicle by just dropping off the keys (for drop off). The Uhaul center attendant was efficient and courteous and the location very convenient for me. I would rent from there again. The problem was with the truck and U-Haul 24/7 app.

I believe they only have 1 10' truck and 1 van. That's not enough trucks to actually call it a Uhaul location in my opinion. Get more trucks!

Truck was dirty when I rented it. I had to sweep the truck before I started my move. The guy working was nice enough and promptly gave me a truck. Also, Pro Auto Repair in Hackensack guaranteed me a truck at 9am and when I showed up they didn't have a truck. So I had to switch my plans and waste an hour and a half of move time.

The van was dirty inside so much so I had to get a rag to wipe it down. The windows had so much dirt and bird poop that I could not see out. There was no windshield wash fluid. The van was new so that was a plus it rode great and there was not much noise.

Absolutely horrible experience, scheduled an hour before pick up location opened, then I had to go to another location, I had to reschedule everything I had planned for that day, scheduling customer service rep was rude, I was promised a call back from a manager 2-3 business days after the situation, it's now been 4 business days, I was also told ON A RECORDED LINE that I would be compensated, still haven't seen anything in my account reflecting that. Very disappointed in a company I have 2 business accounts with. We will be taking our business elsewhere

The self checkout had many challenges and it took an hour for me to get the code for the key. Customer service reps were great but they should be authorized to override the computer when customers are in these remote locations where there is no one around.

1) The bed of the cargo van had mud that we had to sweep out before using. 2) It was a surprise to find a $5 NJ Domestic Security Fee on the Receipt, as it was not included in the Estimate, which it should have been (just like the $1.00 Environmental Fee). 3) We did not receive the original location we reserved.

The review only asks questions about the "location". My problems are with the Uhaul corporate offices. They are staffed by incompetent, uncaring, robotic idiots. Based on my experience with the corporate offices, I will never use or recommend Uhaul. Watch for my social media reviews!

Scheduled 830 pickup, arrived a few minutes late. But that was okay, because the guy didn't show up until 915. I was quoted at 0.99/mile, but when I finally got the truck I was told it was 1.99/mile. Now that I was an hour behind schedule, I couldn't really sit and argue. Would not use this place again, would be hesitant to even consider Uhaul again.

earlier opening of store would be helpful and make rental process quicker. tried to pre- register online but had problems. radio in van did not work well...seemed like the antenna was missing or broken because only a few stations came in. overall a good experience.

The van has about 920 miles on it. The air pressure gauge indicated low pressure in a tire. Visual inspection of the tire appeared to be fine. You may want to inspect the tire pressure indicator.

The location has my recommendation. U-Haul will NOT be recommended by me to anyone who asks. As helpful and as courteous as the location and owner are, I understand from other previous clients that the unfair practice and pettiness of U-Haul is a routine practice and an unjustified method of extorting either more money or excess gasoline from its clients!
