They provided the wrong lock code to the wrong lock box. Luckily the code worked for the other lock box that had a key to another truck. I had to call UHAUL to switch the truck in the contract

Chop the mileage price in half!
jake bMake sure that the lockbox combination is correct before giving giving out the truck for rent. This cost us a few hours. But we had a great customer service rep who kept working until she found someone that had the combination. After that - no problems at all! The truck was perfect for the move.
Kelly CI noticed once I arrived at the location that my rate was higher than expected. I found out only later after going online that U-Haul had duped me into accepting their insurance. I was expecting the rate as advertised and had not added any insurance.
Babak KShow the final receipt to the customer and get his signature. The truck needs maintenance. Don't take long time in the rental procedure. Get customer approval before charging for coverage.
KACOUTIE AEnsure all safety items are good. I did Mobile check in and the key wasn't in the correct lockbox. Thank God I got there 5 minutes before they closed or I would have eaten a day's labor for my employee.

Michael MHorrible service. Got charge $28.00 for insurance I never ask or was ask of it. Attempt to charge me for 3 day rental when I only have for less than 48 hours and blamed uhual for this. Worse customer service ever and I think I want my money back or I will report both the body shop and U haul to the BBB.

STEPHANIE AI booked a reservation with a "Reservation Guarantee". When I arrived, my reservation was canceled and the truck was double booked with another person. Luckily I got there first so I was able to utilize the truck I rented a week prior.

WILLIAM DOther than location it wouldn’t be my first choice. I didn’t receive a call to indicate that my unit was available, the person behind the counter wanted me to just drop off the key without verifying the mileage. Not very personable

Delynn HI had paid to rent a furniture cart and a dozen pads to wrap my furniture. I assumed that when I picked the truck up using my mobile device that the additional items would be in the trunk. But when I arrived at my location to pick up the furniture I discovered that these items were never placed in the truck - I had to go buy blankets in order to have something to pad my furniture. In the future I will not be using the mobile app for rentals.

Joseph DMr. Charles at Tengas auto repair went out of his way to ensure I had the truck when I need it. I do have an issue with how much I was charged; my first rental charges me .99 a mile, the second rental charged me 1.29 a mile. That .30 a mile made a big difference on my final bill. I will be contacting customer service soon.

TINA QA clear area to park a turning truck would be nice. Clearly outline your return processes using a mobile deceive. ie one will have to take pics at the return location, and allow your app to upload pics from a mobile deceive pic gallery.
Roger WThe guy never told me the shop would be closed when returning, i was a little unsure of what to do when returning vehicle considering he never really explained drop off policy. I also never was ask if i needed a dolly to rent.. Overall he was a friendly guy just think he should explain drop off policy better especailly since this was my first time ever renting a uhaul.

DAVID TMy perferred pick up place did not have the truck i asked for. They sent me some where else to pick up a smaller truck than i had asked for. Keep in mind when i ordered this online it told me the place i chose had the truck i wanted and the day before the pick up i het an email saying to pick it up at a different location at an incovinient time. This experience was just awful. Will never donit again
