Facility was locked so I could not do self check in but the next day the gentleman was very helpful and even came to get dolly for us while we continued to load truck. Overall experience with your company sucked but the excellent attitude of this company was above reproach.

Your scheduleing Dept. Sent me to 3 different location covering over 90 miles. Before I was finally able to get a truck. I lost $250.00 to a temp co. That was waiting to load the the truck because it took more than 3 hours to get the truck and get back. Causing me to have to pay another be 250.00 to get everything loaded. This really looks bad on uhaul
