We ordered dolly, it was not in the truck. The locstion was supposed to open at 8 am, but no one showed up. Got tired of waiting at 8:45am.

I had to go to a secondary site even though I had a confirmation text AND email. Then the second site was terrible and unhelpful to the point I had to personally call James Myers the Area Manager to get help (who was very helpful and was much appreciated). Then my drop off location got changed from a place that was 5 minutes from me, to a place that that was 25 minutes. I feel like I've had to talk to customer service and leadership way too much in this process it was very disheartening and disappointing. It's going to be hard for me to ever recommend u haul for anyone moving forward. The only other bright spot was Christina from customer service that I spoke to on Saturday night as she was very helpful and understanding.

had to return the first truck I rented when we went to return the truck it was a hassle even renting the initial truck was a hassle I will not rent form this location again. uhaul should be better represented

Absolutely terrible location. The employees are not trained with how to deal with U-Haul rentals. They made me call the manager with any questions or issues. The employees had to call the manager to figure out how to deal with picking up and returning the truck. Each time I had to stand there for at least 45 minutes while they figured it out. I had rented an appliance dolly and they didn't have it. They might have had enough of the furniture pads I requested but I didn't feel like digging out the last 6 I needed since the employee pointed them out to me and told me to get what I wanted. They were buried under other random items in a back room. I also had to help her figure out the computer while trying to pick up the rental. When I returned it, the charges were completely wrong. He had charged me for 2 days instead of one, $6 a furniture pad instead of the $5 for 6, 2 days of insurance, and other things as well. My total was almost double what I was originally quoted. He promised me he would take care of it after I proved that his pricing was wrong. That was a lie. I was charged the higher price. It took multiple calls to U-Haul to get the charges straightened out. The overall experience was so terrible that I will most likely be looking at a different company next time I need to rent a truck. Just avoid this location and save yourself a major headache and wasted time.

I WAS CHARGED FOR THE WRONG SIZE VEHICLE, BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, VEHICLE VERY CLEAN, I'M IN THE MILITARY AND HAVE TO MOVE A LITTLE AT A TIME AND HAVE TO RENT UHAUL A FEW TIMES, PLEASE CHARGE ME CORRECTLY...NEXT TIME

The 3 reasons for the sub-normal rating are: 1. the clerk handing the rental was clearly doing it for the 1st time and she was being walked thru it step by step over the phone. It took 38 mins and we had a reservation number, pre-paid and all. 2. Why collect all the credit card data on the web site only to have the clerk have to collect it all over again. Sure makes me worry who all now has my credit card info. 3. Clerk kept saying the website required we provide our future home address. We don't have one yet and eventually ended up having to trick the system into excepting the Mini-Warehouse we were using for storage.
