The lights on the trailer did not work . I pull a boat all the time furring the summer and my lights on the truck are wired right and work fine on my trailer. The guy didn't even offer to help me hook up. And the lot is so small I couldn't even make it through some sections . This lot shouldn't have any trailers. It is a storage building business. I arrived there around 10 and already I knew I was going to have a hard time there. the office was small and there was a customer there already ahead of me. As I entered the office, I was greeted nicely by the lady who was assisting the customer. I then was greeted by an older man who enters this small office and ask "how may I help you?" I responded to him telling him that I was there to pick up a Dolley. He responds somewhat rudely that I was gonna have to wait since there's an customer in front of me. It didnt bother me but don't ask how can I help you only to tell me what I already know. I think the most annoying thing about being there was the lady and older man was bickering at each other, the lady either does not know what she is doing and needs computer training, or the man who constantly on top of her telling her what to do, only to agitate her all the more. So I go outside to not witness or hear their conversations. The man then comes out and says let's hook the Dolley up already and I was willing, but after hooking it up, we tested the lights and the right turn signal light on the Dolley was not operational, and I was given the excuse that it must be my truck. Not feeling comfortable with it. I requested to have a full trailer instead. This time the man was not there to assist me but after minutes of hooking it up and getting it out of the tight space it was parked in, I. had another 30 minutes to wait just to get processed because the customer who was there in the beginning was still there. one hour and thirty minutes later after arriving there, I was finally able to sit down and go through the paper work. Being frustrated, and annoyed but trying to be patient, I just wanted my paper work signed and head my way. I received my paper work but no receipt, I was told it would be emailed to me but nothing till today. I did see the charge on my account for the amount of 157.30 of which I was told it would only be around 120.00. And since I don't have the copy of receipt, I don't know how it came to 157.30. Having to wait almost 2 hours for a Dolley that was not working properly only to get a full trailer to feel safer and pay 157.30 is somewhat silly. I would not come back to this place and if I have to move my sone from AnM Galveston in his graduation year next year, I would try to avoid this place as much as possible. The man and lady were nice, but their service was very unprofessional.AGUSTIN B.

I arrived at 550pm and personnel didn't want to accept the trailer. I had to unhook it and park it myself. Personnel locked me inside storage gate and gave me shit about being on property after 6pm. Three days later, the trailer remained not checked in. Management of storage called me and basically called me a liar.ROBERT B.
