Staff did not know equipment operations and complete install. Also there was no spare tire available for car trailer. I was traveling from Central Texas to Phoenix AZ. I purchased the insurance package, but most of the trip I had no cell service. I would not be able to contact customer service. Scary drive without a spare tire.

Not charge them for turning in the Uhaul at a major Uhaul center instead of turning it in at a liquor store in the ghetto.

The lock on the truck was very difficult to open. It should be oiled on a regular basis. Also, there is no place to put the lock after it has been removed from the truck.

Service was great! But, I had an extremely hard time rolling the vehicle off of the dolly. I had to use a third vehicle to pull it down. I originally set the parking brake and tried to pull out from under it. I just dragged the car 20 feet before I realized it wasn't working.

The truck was extremely hard to control due to the play in the steering (about 3 inches of play) and when you hit the break pedal it jerked to the left hard it is in desperate need to a lot of maintenance

I hate it that I can only give this location 5 stars. I give at least 10 stars. I have boxes that I can resell, but can't any Uhaul store to take them back, and I tried 5.

We were thrilled to see this company join the fast growing still country neighborhood in oct 2021! Where we had so many options of sizes..small affordable very roomy 5x10s to warehouse size. Not to mention the rental of their very well maintained uhaul truck for 20.00 a day! Made very hard work so much better and the ac on the truck was ice cold on a 100’ day! I’d like to compliment the office managers..we walked in stressed as we sold our house and had 2 weeks to pack up mostly boxes and totes camp equipment and yard tools ..put in storage and go..they made us coffee,told us not to worry..they showed us clean units and secure grounds…explained our truck rental contract use and tips! Did all the paperwork,gave us a congratulations,3 keys and a lock for unit and key to truck..easy breezy got everything in as the 5x10 unit is very tall allowing totes to stack high and great access to unload load,low prices and we made it on day of promotion as was pointed out by Mary Long and her co worker David. They were kind professional problem solvers that I recommend very highly to help anyone have a better moving and storage experience..they are awesome! Thank you 🙏
