Please advise the clerk to not change the drop off location. It changes the rate for the equipment My correct location was in the system and the clerk repeated to me. When I looked at the receipt upon returning to my drop off location, the rate was higher and the location was wrong. This disallowed me to get what I selected and could not execute the 24 hour return option.Kenneth J.

The trailer I accepted was the only one available in the area; reserved one day in advance. I called running 20 minutes late to my appointment for pickup. He was absolutely unaware of the reservation. Didn't even know if the trailer was returned. Upon my arrival, the trailer was available and was turned in earlier in the morning. I was requested to go around the building, hook it up, and bring it to the front to check condition. The facilities seemed shut down. I walked in to no lights on, had to call for someone to come to the desk, and the hotel seemed like one was staying there. I was taken care of, paperwork explained, and helped plan my drop off date contingency.BENJAMIN J.

Asked the employee if there was any paperwork for the drop off and was told no, never received any email to confirm the drop off. I don't want to be charged for time I did not have the truck so an improvement could be to have paperwork for the customer during drop off as a receipt.Faith L.
