Mary GHave the correct truck at the location because when I book online I get a call a days out saying that truck isn’t available and have to pick something different. Your pricing is very confusing, was on the phone for over an hour getting it fixed.

Juan OJoy was an absolute sweetheart! I came in earlier than when I booked and she had everything situated quickly and took care of me! She is extremely sweet to every single person that walks through the door. After a few hours being gone I walked back in and she instantly remembered my name and greeted me quickly while finishing up a phone call! Quick and easy process overall. Joy at the maricopa location made a 5 star (perfect) experience a 10 star experience!

I had to wait a few minutes when I first got there as she was helping another customer. The customer service she provided to that young lady was excellent and it continued when she helped me.

Mike GAgain, Joy and Herb made out second UHaul experience so easy and welcoming. Checking in and out took a few minutes and we were on our way! I can't recommend the UHaul store on Honeycutt in Maricopa highly enough! The very best!!!
