Great service. Easy rental and return process. Friendly staff.

Still have not received final contract, I don't like the way this was handled.

The process to obtain the truck took over 20 minutes. That is just too long. The process at drop off was super easy. Just drop the key into the drop box. Doesn't get any easier than that.

Staff was very helpful and extpressed a sincere desire to make sure we were satisfied and had a good experience. I would definitely rent from this location based on my recent experience.

The self check in feature was a miserable failure! It did not work properly with very long delays. Compounding the problem the only employee at the location was unable to help as he was just a gatekeeper. We had to wait for the employee who was familiar with U-Haul to show up. A process that should have only take minutes was well over 30. And to add salt to the wound, this location did not have a furniture dolly which I desperately needed and ordered well in advance. It was not a pleasant experience.

I feel I was charged way to much to use this truck for less than 12 hrs to move 2 items and your app was very difficult to use.. I left more gas than asked for in tank but yet still got charged more money than what was on receipt on next day ...i would never recommend this uhaul to anyone nor will I use you again I would rather pay a company with men to do may move for same amount next time

A little confused on the billing. We took $19.95 for van and $.59 per mile and rep said they figure best cost on return. Didn't get final bill until several hours after returning the van and looks like a one day rental at $79 plus miles at $.29 per would have been cheaper

When i rented a cargo van yesterday I traveled total of 9 miles and was charged for 1.5 gallons of gas $6.00 which I consider a rip-off I would never rent from this location again

The Attic Storage and U-Haul rental is Fantastic! I rented a U-Haul van. They are so customer friendly and easy to deal with. Simple process and great prices. I highly recommend them. Brenda E.

Be sure to advise of an insurance charge. My fault to not check but never was the charge for insurance mentioned, only fee mentioned was for the rental. Was an unwelcome realization to find the additional charge. Not good business to sneak this in,especially since my insurance covers me. Should be credited to me.

I was charged $31 over what I was expecting to pay because the estimated mileage had not been figured correctly. with the me giving the correct address as indicated on my paper work the miles should not have exceeded what I drove because I drove straight there and to the drop point very disappointed

I have NO complaints whatsoever with UHaul location. My beef is with UHaul, its unnavigable website, and its slow, uncaring and ineffectual customer service. Spent 2 hours, with many unsuccessful tries on website, and after failure, at rental location, along with long telephone delays waiting for customer service, both of who customer service reps could not fix the problem or close out contract at drop off. If UHaul cannot treat its customers better, they shouldn't and won't be in business much longer. So much for my 40 years as a UHaul customer with no major issues. Where are the review questions for UHaul website and customer service?

Drop off was very organized and quick.

My rental was ready to go when I showed up. Everyone there was polite, knowledgeable and got me on the way quickly.

Rented Uhaul on 2 occasions, both times the experience as good as it gets, also used them for climate control storage for a couple months. This place is spotless with cameras everywhere. A+++ Staff

Truck we used had a worn out ignition switch - key hard to get in and out even started without the key a couple of times - should be replaced

Not a whole lot,everything was excellent.

The access hours are not convenient for people that work.

The hours were short since most people would work till 5pm and being closed on sundays only gives 1 day...(saturday) to get your stuff out. Maybe some small time frame on Sunday to help out.
