Make sure the location doesn't give out trucks that have check engine lights on yhe rental truck or holes in the tow dolly wheel wells.

I ordered a utility dolly, furniture dolly, and some furniture pads. Most uhaul locations I have used in the past have had these addons (if ordered) in the back of the truck waiting for the consumer. I figured this one would be the same but after arriving at my house to pack things up I saw none of these items but I was charged for them. I would like a refund for the items I did not receive.

If a single older woman is picking up a box truck please try to give her one that has a grab bar on both drivers and passenger side. And maybe even a step stool. Otherwise it was worry free

The location was closed and did not respond to phone calls. After hours drop off location was unclear and the only guidance to help facilitate drop off was to “use the App” which was not functioning.

Don’t be rude and talk to the customers like they’re dumb. Include the dolly’s the customer paid for with the truck instead of making the customer drive back to pick them up. Tell the customer about the $20 charge for dropping the truck off after hours before they agree to drop the truck off after hours

The guy was rude joking around and tells my wife when he asked me a question about my card and I didn’t hear him cause I’m deaf and tells my wife he’s not gonna hear me away plus the price was to high in mileage and u have poor promotions on your telling everyone that the cargo van is 1995a day when I spend over 400 on renting it from the beginning

They did an excellent job of (1) helping me find my storage unit, (2) backing my personal content loaded 15 foot U-HAUL truck next to the storage unit & also temporarily driving my empty 15 back outside next to a busy highway so that I could return the empty 15 foot U-HAUL truck to where I had parked my personal vehicle at the original location where I had rented the 15 foot U-HAUL truck.
