The rental place and the person that helped me, Junior, was excellent. The 1-800 number I called to make the reservation told me that pickup was at 2:30 pm. Thank goodness I came early because the places closed at 2:00! I worked have missed getting the van! Excellent experience and service from pick-up location. Would definitely recommend.MARCIA C.
The cargo van I rented smelled so bad, like urine. Some sort of crumbs in the cup holder area. Definite confusion with the hours of this location. U-Haul shows 6:00pm closing on a Saturday, but I got there to return the van at approximately 2:00pm and the place was all closed up for the day. I checked their website and it said 2:00, but why does U-Haul have 6:00?Lea A.

The girl at the pack and ship was very unprofessional. She kept her baby on her hip throughout the entire transaction and neglected to tell me about the online return policy. So I was charged an extra $20. I was also never told at time of reservation either. I really feel that I should get a $20 refund. Thank you for letting me ventRobert N.

The representative was friendly but not entirely knowledgeable. It would help if they gave customers all the info regarding how to pick up using Truck Share 24/7 beforehand. For instance, if you're more than 15 minutes late, you have to call U-Haul customer service. Also they should tell you where the lock box is located and other general info.Kelli B.

my truck pick up was changed to 10 miles from where the reservation was for. truck bed had oil on the floor which I had to try to clean so we could walk without falling. was to have 2 dozen blankets. when i opened the door tin had a appliance dooly and no blankets. the store where I picked it up was not open until 9. I had to drive back to the original store to exchange the dolly for blankets. In the mean time I am paying packing company to set to load while i was getting truck and blankets. original pickup location was less than 2 miles form my apartment. I had to drive 15 miles to another location to pick up trailer. I had to take a smaller one because of no others in the entire area which has cost us another 200 mile round trip to pick up the rest of items we had no room for.. The man at the Automotive store put it in the system I was returning the trailer which I found out after I got to Lakeland.. So I had to be on the phone a half hour to straighten that out after I told him a one way trip. Uhaul of Boynton Beach has no equipment to speak of. they send you all over to pick up here and there. The Pack and Ship location would good for the area around the store. not for driving so far to pick one up. they need to make sure it is clean and the right equipment is in it. this thing of all driving and not right equipment cost me over $100 in lost time.Robert T.
