Yan LI would never recommend this location to anyone. Not only is it unsafe, but the owner is never there, the building looks abandoned and deserted. The vans are old, worn down and dirty. Utility trollers are not always inside the trucks even though you reserve them. But besides ALL of this, the accounting and invoice is incorrect. They overcharge you, so double your contract, and be prepared to call them multiple times and email them and keep checking your accounts for the refund. Even after you do that, be prepared for unexpected charges to appear on your account e.g., toll violations on dates you didn’t even have the truck! This is beyond ridiculous. I have had bad experiences with this location multiple times now.
Sumaya FOperator is hardly ever there and always late. While on the phone with him when I went to pick up the van, he told me to search through other UHAUL trucks to find a dolly and even then it wasn't the right one. After I dropped off the vehicle on time and put the keys in the proper drop box, he repeatedly calls me up the next NIGHT at 11:30PM asking me where the keys were. Very unprofessional and the establishment is very run down. I would think it warrants a site visit. Seriously.
Kris HGet someone to answer the office phone so that they can address the issues of customers. The only way I got to communicate on this booking is via text. I was charged for full fuel tank whereas when I picked up the truck it was one-fourth only. I’ve shared the pics and submitted concern on the portal while returning the truck but no communication or follow ups from UHAUL, at all.
ABRAR PI returned my vehicle within 24 hours and was charged for two days… that’s NEVER a good experience … my receipt shows that they put in the incorrect return time (I used a drop box) but I texted and let them know the time of return . Makes me feel played . The guy was very nice at first though

PATRICK MThere was no one present at my appointment time. I called all three phone numbers on the reservation confirmation and building multiple times, and was never answered. My move was delayed well over an hour because the person running the location didn't do their job.
Ryan GUhaul needs to do a better job when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I returned the vehicle in less than 12 hours. I would like a partial refund. There were a few vehicle issues and the cost to fill the tank was over $100. The air conditioning, transmission, and other mechanical components definitely need maintenance. I was unsure if the vehicle would make the journey. It definitely needs servicing soon.

Jessica LI asked for the appliance dolly and furniture pad but none of them were available. Nobody in the office. The phone number is not working either. The worst U haul place ever. Nobody explained the contract to me, which I wasn't aware of 1/4 gallon full policy. The truck was close to EMPTY when I picked it up.

Patricia TWhole ordered was messed up by UHAUL. I picked up A 10 foot box truck on Sunday and dropped it off the same day however when I got to the drop off location it said that the truck had to be dropped off where I picked it up which was incorrect. After two days I called uhaul to make sure everything was okay and they said yes and by the end of the day I had an extra $60 charge. Truck was fine but the experience was not

George HIt was night when I returned my rental, so it was very dark. They don’t even have lights illuminating the area. I was constantly looking over my shoulder. Also, the parking lot is gravel so it was muddy. Hope they don’t charge cleaning fees because of this.
