Improve the parking situation for the trailers but I’m not sure that’s even possible with the space constraints.

The location/people were fine. I’m unimpressed with my overall U-Haul experience because I was given a different location to go to less than 24 hours prior to my pick up time. The truck was ok. We put in the right amount of gas but then later saw we were charged. We were also charged for extra mileage use, which only happened because I had to pick the truck up in an inconvenient location

probably the most seedy place i've ever been main guy was helpful, other attendant was rambling on about having to use narcan on the drug addicts ODing in the motel rooms.

This was not my preferred location. I was advised less than 24 hours before my reservation that the location 5 minutes from me in scar had no trucks available. The options provided were Ajax, the airport or my selected drop off location at a different time. I had to secure a ride to go an hour away from where I was moving to get a truck. My condo was unable to change my elevator booking as it was booked immediately after so I only had one hour available to move my entire home. We were rushed. Things were broken and left behind that I have no ability to get due to this problem. We drove by the Scarborough location. THERE WERE DOZENS OF TRUCKS VISIBLE IN THE SIZE I HAD RESERVED WEEKS IN ADVANCE. this was completely unacceptable. Zero notice to the change to find another company. When I called I was transferred multiple times and no one was able to assist. I lost the ability to move out of my home in a timely manner and the location I booked at originally had dozens of vehicles parked. Absolutely unacceptable.

The place looked very unsafe, the people staying there made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. When returning the truck the worker was yelling at my driver to stop the truck. The only thing wrong with the truck was the back door took 2 people to shut. When questioning about the bill the owner didn’t seem to understand. In all I appreciate the usage of the truck

This location was very dirty, rundown & crawling with crack/methheads. U-Haul as a professional corporation should be ashamed conducting business in such a rundown, poor & dirty part of town.

Office was dirty and not kept well The U-Haul back door had issues opening / closing, and the keys were getting stuck in the ignition. Was a bit of a frustrating time

Truck was dirty and messy - I`m ok with that, but why are you advertising $0.89 per Km but charging $1.09 per KM? This is illegal and I will be taking action. Call me immediately to solve this.

Switched to this location as other location called to say truck originally booked was being serviced. Showed up at scheduled time to pick up truck and employee came 49 minutes late to open office. No apologies. Employee looked like he just climbed out of bed, bedhead, disheveled and in bare feet. So disgusting and unprofessional. Had to call main office several times to ask them to contact location. Other individuals were waiting as well. Very unprofessional. I would never use this location again.

The location is old and dirty Staff were not around and people were waiting The vehicle smelled and one of the tires had very low PSI to the fact I had to go fill it up or the vehicle could have had an accident.

This location had lots of trucks/trailers available. It is attached to the motel so it was busy. The manager was very nice and courteous. It was busy when we arrived and he was working through everyone very nicely. I think the office could have been decluttered but it was functional and welcoming.

I’ve made a reservation for a truck more than a month prior to my scheduled day and I got a different truck at a different location at a different time . So I cannot say that U-HAUL has the customer in mind and provides good services ….

The trailer that we rented from this location had a shaking wheel on the axle, broken underneath. The door wouldn't open without a pressure of two people on both sides. The trailer wasn't even clean inside with ropes in the corners. Unfortunately, we had no choice on that day and this was the only location with this size trailer available, so we did not even check it before we rented. When we returned the trailer we thought we had to inform the Manager Amar about these issues and hopefully, have him put this trailer under repair, but he had a rude reaction and told us that we should not teach him how to run the business. He said that we are wasting his time and it is absolutely normal that the trailer has these issues. We are a decor company and have been renting from Uhaul for years, mostly from Newmarket and Aurora locations and have never had any issues with their managers. We will never ever rent from this place, as this equipment is not safe and the Manager is rude and unprofessional.

The location and customer service was excellent at the motel. The agent on site was very co-operative and assisted to hook up the trailer to my vehicle and also helped to unhook the trailer when I returned to the motel. I noticed a vibration on the trailer and believe the wheels were out of balance, but not a very bad vibration. Overall the equipment was perfect for my job and the cost was reasonable.

The passenger mirror broke off when moving it back open, had to be moved in while loading barge, it inlured my friend, when it fell off…!!

The van key would not work to open the door on the drivers side, there was no gas in it, van would not go over 50km, I was holding up traffic as the speed was 70 km, the hotel is not a nice place to be , smelly office, but the guy serving was fine.

I had great experience with Uhaul in the past Parry Sound,Innisfill,Barrie. The Confort Inn was not good experience. The location itself is poorly kept and the lobby is very dirty and not well maintained. The vehicle interior was dirty with coffee stain and grim in the cup holder. The box compartment was not swept and had the smelt like garbage.This is not a good image forbUHaul. We also had a wiper mechanical failure .We had to driver the vehicle back in the rain (not Safe). The UHaul technician was not able to fix it. We expected to drive a safe reliable vehicle not a truck that is help together with straps and tie wraps. Maybe that's Okay for Vehicles registered in Arizona but it does not meet public safety standards in Canada. We will never use this location again Thanks

This location sucks!!!! They were supposed to charge by the km but I was charged $30 more than the km I used. When I got there my credit card was charged right off the bat with an estimation of the km I was going to use and when I got back and showed that I only used $67 worth of km's I was still charged $110. Not cool! This is why I am disappointed with this place. Just wish they did things the proper way. Everything is already expensive these days. Don't need to have people cheat you out of your hard earned money.

Had to manually lift the trailer tongue to hook up to the truck as the trailer was on a slope

o travel almost 1 hour to pick up a trailer wasn't the best experience, and then having to return the trailer to the same location when another U-Haul rental site was only 5 kilometers away also wasn't enjoyed very much. Other than these observations, the experience was okay.

I had a very positive experience with this location. We have dealt with DC Marine in Keswick and had very unpleasant dealings with them. They should not be in this business.

Clean vehicles and fix the looseness in the steering...also having vehicles with clearer Speedometer displays would help. Having to squint at the km's/h with no back lighting is a pain for a Canadian used to the big numbers being Km/h

My comment is for the folks who work in head office. As a regular renter of uhaul trucks especially the 26ft truck, my very tiny moving service relies on the space this truck provides to meet the needs of my customer's who have a large scale move. I can confirm this is the 5th time someone in head office decide to take the truck the day before and leave me scrambling to find and replacement, this location and the person provided me with great service and assured me they can't make changes in the system once the vehicle is reserved, I get it the trucks need to be serviced more than the smaller equipment but there must be a better system. When they say reservation guaranteed they don't mean the actual equipment you reserved nor at the location you reserved but a guaranteed to have to panicking the day before sometimes the day of, I can show all the $50 discount they've given for the inconvenience but its not about the money. If I have customers with elevators..... I've ranted enough. Corporate office needs to do better. They are completely insulated since the front desk staff at the pickup counter have to take the brunt of the anger from dissatisfied Customers

They were very helpful in parking the truck and going through it to make sure nothing was left behind. They found a few items left by the previous renters that we did not even know were there. Check out was quick and simple.

Truck cab was very, very dirty. Sticky, dirty, un maintened. Office was just as dirty as the cab of the truck. Nice enough guy, was not rude but also doesnt present the level of business that I have been accustomed to from other Uhaul or rental organizations. I strongly suggest auditing the location. Plus.... You have to park your car next to a pretty questionable motel and a dirty and poorly maintained parking lot. Truck ran well and did the job intended. The other portion will not have me rent a vehicle from such an establishment ever again.
