The worker at this establishment added insurance to my rental that I did not ask for. He did not ask me or confirm with me. He did not go over the price with me, and I assumed I was paying for what I agreed to pay uhaul online. However, I was charged an extra 75$ that I did no agree to pay for insurance I did not want or need. Disappointed in this establishment.Jaida D.

When I made my reservation, I requested and was charged for furniture blankets. They were not given to us, yet they were charged.JESUS P.
My original preferred location did not have the truck size we needed, so when customer service called the day before to give me the new pickup location she also told me to call and confirm the rental. I did so, speaking with the gentleman about the location and pick-up time. Though he didn't normally open his business as early as we needed, he kindly offered to meet us and allow an early, in-person pickup. Along with the truck rental, we had also reserved a utility dolly, furniture dollies, and furniture pads. When I asked whether these extra items were in the back of the truck he said, "Oh, you had extra stuff?" And then said that he didn't have it. I had reserved these items weeks in advance but every place we tried had their dollies reserved by others already - I have no idea where my equipment reservations were sitting, and customer service did little to help me. So we were left to scramble and try and locate what we needed, visiting 2 more UHaul locations in the process - but we could not locate everything we needed and had to go buy additional materials. It made a stressful day even more challenging and I was greatly disappointed.JOSHUA K.
