I love the Feed Bin but they had this truck parked under some trees and the windshield was caked in grime. Pine needles and twigs everywhere. We had to go straight to the gas station to scrub and clean it up. Obviously not U-hauls fault and there had been a heavy snow a few days before but still not fun. I did take a picture if interested? I would recommend this location but maybe stop parking under the trees?!

Kurt BI couldn’t fill out the pre-form as there was no cell service. A few tips at pick-up would be helpful. Josh and the owner were very helpful in assuring me the vehicle would be there after a last minute change/cancellation which was troubling. And also saving me a bit in drop-off costs The most helpful person by far was Kendall in your customer service office. She has excellent knowledge of the operation and unfortunately probably has to deal with a lot of upset customers due to the ability of dealers to cancel someone order the day before. I hope you can somehow improve the system some to make this less common….as I spoke with a few other people who had the same issue.

JANET SI was a couple hours late and am being charged $121. I was in communication with the office and brought the truck back cleaner than they gave it to me and that is my bill for under extra hours. $39.99 + tax doesn’t equal !121. I am being harassed by your e alert office and denied service when I’ve been renting trucks from your company for 35 years. Your service has gone into the toilet and I think I’m done doing business with your company.

REBECCA SI have my truck reserved to be picked up from one location but when I was just over a mile away from that location I was contacted and told that they didn’t have a truck and I had to go to a different location to pick it up that was 12 miles away. when I went to return the truck I found out I was 10 miles over my allowed mileage.

Craig CDid not recieve the appliance dolly or the furniture dolly that I rented. Had to find alternative options for my move, but was still charged regardless, even after stating discrepancies with the order from the app, which is absolutely terrible to use.
