When we got to the drop off point on Louisiana Street in Evansville, on a Saturday evening, the gate was closed and they were closed until Monday. We sat in a very sketchy area for over 30 minutes before we could get a hold of someone to help us on U Haul's customer service number. This is unacceptable!!!! If I had been by myself and it had been dark, it could have been disastrous! Finally, we were told to go to another drop off location across town. What a way to run a business. We are very disappointed in U Haul!

We couldn't get a hold of the people at this site so we just pulled into the rear parking lot that seemed to be shared. We just parked next to some ther uhaul trailers. No interaction was necessary so I cant include comments on their service.
