susan hYour online experience needs to be made a LOT easier to use for both the consumer end-user, evidently your dealers also, and the interface between the two. The process of uploading pictures of my driver's license and photos of the the rental truck or trailer kept failing. The process took well over an hour to complete. I rented a truck last year. I made the mistake then of picking the truck up after hours after having made the reservation for earlier. What a complete nightmare, it took over 2 hours of trying to do everything on my phone with limited cell service in certain area of city of Titusville, PA. In fact, your online experience is so bad, if there was any other competitor available in my area, I would use them in a heartbeat, even if I had to pay more. But obviously, you don't listen to customer complaints and you will write me off again, because it hasn't improved in one year's time.
William BOnly problem here was storm knocked out the internet so I had to do the return myself online but guy at the location was very helpful and walked me through everything
