Well what I didn't understand is by the time I rented a truck that was $19.99 by the time I was done it was $45 and all I used was or 6 miles and I filled it up with gas and it wasn't all the way full when I did it because I only use 6 miles and I started to put like 20 gas in there so something was wrong anyway cost me $45 for what I charge me for gas so my experience was okay but and a little deceiving

Unstaffed location. We needed an extra day due to a flight cancellation for my husband. Uhaul in Cheyenne called us to say “a customer” was waiting for our truck and wanted an estimated time of drop-off. We hustled as quickly as possible and got to the drop off site to find no one there and plenty of trucks parked. Not impressed.

My only complaint is that I was hoping to have access to a larger 20 ft. truck, instead of the smaller 15 ft. truck that I was reduced to having to use. (It appeared that 15 ft. trucks was all the company had available). Other than that, my experience with this U-haul location was a pleasant one.

This is the only location i WOULD recommend to anyone, BUT I would NEVER RECOMMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE! Your company has VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND I have found that most all your field employees DON'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. And I found that even speaking to someone in a position that you would expect to know how to handle customer service issues, Well I will say very bluntly, because the way she spoke to my husband and myself, She must have,.... how do you say it? Oh yes, I remember, ""FUCKED HER WAY TO THE TOP!" Parden my rudeness. But that's the biggest thing I can say about her. And that's better than she treated me! P.S. Just a thought. If you really don't want to hear what's on someone's mind, DONT ASK! I didn't offer it, YOU ASKED FOR IT! Hope You Have A Wonderful Day! By the way if you would like to replace that rude, iunintellegent,unsophisicated,unknowledgeable piece of work in Casper. ROBYN AT GREAT WESTERN WOULD CERTAINALLY, SHOW YOU PEOPLE A THING OR TWO.

I have no issues with the U-Haul dealer at this location. Robin was very professional and helpful. My issue is with U-Haul. Our pick up time was changed without any notification to us. We did not get an email. We did not get a text. There was no update on the U-Haul app. I only found out about it after we showed up at the original time and no one was there. It was changed on u-haul.com. But I had no reason to think that I needed to check there since I had the app and was getting text messages from U-Haul in regards to our reservation. We had a 50 mile move that was delayed four hours. After learning that our pick up time had been changed until 2 1/2 hours later we went back to the U-Haul location to pick up our truck only to find out that they would not have a truck available until the next day. Luckily, someone had dropped off a truck a day early. After waiting for Robin to clean the truck we were able to take it. Again, delaying our move for hours. After working in law-enforcement for over 20 years I have seen U-Haul leave people on the side of the road overnight waiting for a tow truck or another U-Haul to arrive. I was hesitant to use U-Haul but that is what was available to us and I thought you could not possibly mess up a 50 mile move. But you did. And I will never use U-Haul again. Furthermore I will tell everyone that I know not to use U-Haul ever. That is all.

Nothing it was great. There are two Uhauls on Lincolnway in Cheyenne so maybe just a heads up this one is sort of downtown and not as easy to pull in to as the other. But it was still fine. I found it :-)

I never rented a uhaul that the seat cushion and covers where all screwed up the carpet by pedals coming out and interfering with operation or accerlator abd 126 thousand aint itvtime yo trade it in

We went to pick up the trailer i had reserved and found out they didn't have it. Employee (Robyn?) couldn't believe it that i was allowed to reserve something they didn't even have available! She was VERY helpful. she tried to find one in the area and couldn't so gave me a deal on pricing. Because of the error on the website we both ended up losing an hour of time!

We were not told that our vehicle would be at this location until we showed up on time to the location (in a different city) where our reservation said the truck would be. We were frustrated and told the employees that this was unacceptable. We came to learn that the people at these locations get no notice of where the trucks are going to be. In other words UHaul does a bad job telling customers what the status of their order is and forces these employees to deal with upset customers and expects all the flack from Uhaul's poor management to fall on employees who do not cause the problems. I will make every effort to never use uhaul again if this does not change and I think it shameful that your business model seems to pass the buck of organizational failures on to employees who have no knowledge of the problems or ability to remedy them. The staff at this location were great but the organization and communication from Denver was terrible

I lived right across the street from a uhaul company, maybe .3 miles from my home. I asked to pick up the truck from there and I had to go all the way through town and back to get it. I'm just not understanding why this occurred as I specifically made the reservation for this specific place.

I rented a tow dolly and you could tell the safety chains had been drug a few times, they didn't have the rubber pieces on the hooks, and the straps were a little frayed. The staff member was extremely helpful and courteous.

The UHaul reservation process was difficult to navigate. The first location I had a reservation at closed VERY early and I wasn't given that information. What business closes at 3pm? While I appreciated the last-minute pick up at 624 W Lincolnway in Cheyenne, WY after calling customer service, it was an added stressor on myself and the attendant at the Lincolnway facility who had not been alerted I was re-routed. Please spruce up your communication with clients and rental locations. All that said, the attendant at the Lincolnway facility was professional and accommodating.

I received great service from the person who helped me in Cheyenne. There was someone there waiting who was quite rude to her while she was helping me. She did nothing wrong and didn't deserve to be treated that way. The person helping me handled it well. I would be happy to use this location anytime again in the future. One item of note, the reservation I made online allowed me to book a time for pickup that was after this location was supposed to close. They called and contacted me to make arrangements so I wouldn't miss my pickup time. A+ for that by the way! Also, the address on my reservation for the pick-up was incorrect, it sent me to another location in Cheyenne. That could be an opportunity for improvement in your online reservation system.

This location refused to work with me on my bill. They kept trying to charge me , overcharge me, even though I told them I spoke with uhaul.com and they agreed to reduce the final bill due to the highway being closed. They got the regional manager involved. He wouldn't even respond to me via email. HIe was worthless. I am not at all satisfied with how I was treated and will seek a remedy thru uhaul collections.

The entire web process for the 24/7 pickup process is supposed to be performed on a mobile device, but the experience was frustrating and not easy to follow. Something as simple as changing the terminology would help.

I rented a car dolly and was supposed to have it back in Cheyenne by 300. Well on my way home my best friends husband committed suicide.. she was my ride back the next day to drop off the dolly. She obviously wasn't trying to deal with uhaul so I take to the lady at this Latin and told get I had found another one for rent in Cheyenne so that the people that were gonna rent mine would still be about to get one. She told me to tell the site I dropped it off in Casper to that we had talked and it was ok if they charged me anything extra it wouldn't be more than the deposit u already paid.
