The bed of the truck was clean, but the floor mat in the cab was king of muddy. The vendor did not know where the truck was on the property so we wandered around in the rain for a while to find it. Not a huge thing, but was a bit of a pain.

Eric HBetter training on policies, both other locations I've used this year asked for the information of the person who would be driving- but this location refused to let anyone drive except the person who made the reservation- and then kept asking us why the information was so wrong on the drivers profile info (as it was the person who was actually driving it the last few times when U-Haul locations filled it out) and was unkind to us when we tried to point that out.

Juliann GMobile check out was a mess. We had to call phone support which was a 30+ min wait. We hopped on the chat to which we received little help as well, referring us to articles online that did not address our issue. The app had us go to the truck (in the back lot of the facility) but then said we were not at the right GPS location. Keys were at the front building making us drive back and forth from the truck and the building 2-3 times.

Everett PThe people I worked with did not seem well informed on renting UHaul trucks. It was difficult to correspond with people at this location. I would call and it would go to a recording and I would leave message but no call back. I returned truck after hours and I was informed to drop key in lock box which I did. The temporary employee could not find a key to open lock box when I came back to get a formal check out and receipt. Not professional at all. Other than this location was convenient for me, the total experience had a lot to be desired.
Kerry PWould help to be more organized. They seemed confused as to how to check me in, even though I had already checked in online. What should have been a five minute check-in process took closer to 20 minutes.

Darren SI returned trailer one day early and thought I should have received a credit for that day. So calculation for days used important and also trying to give a little better notice for a switch in pickup or drop-off locations important. Equipment works fine have rented trucks, trailers several times in last month

Manny RDrop off was an unpaved mud pit and I was pointed to the muddy location at which I was to leave the trailer. Other than them handling the on-line processing of the return, I received no assistance in unhooking the trailer from my truck. This rental was was the complete opposite from my previous rental, which was pretty uneventful.
MARK CI was bounced around to several different locations because the original location didn’t do 24/7 pickup , got to the second location which they said did 24/7 to check in and it said hand delivery only after checking in, waited 20 min to talk to a person and while she wasn’t rude she never apologized for the mixup and said I had to drive 25 minutes to go get my truck , when I got there the truck was tucked way behind the building with no direction where it was. This set me back 90 minutes on a tight timeframe and made it so my kids didn’t get into bed until very late. The truck was awesome, clean and easy to use. The customer service made it so renting a uhaul will not be on my top list. I will be looking elsewhere before uhaul if I need to rent something again. After asking for a refund I was told I would get a $50 voucher and I have not seen that happen .

Marcus JThey charge me $93 for only 1hour and 45 minutes and 25 miles only , they are They stole from my account. And I put 3 gallon gas before I returned the truck thy are really bad 👎

James HTrailer was not cleaned out. Rear side marker light didnt work. And I had to repair a flat tire that I didn’t know was flat till after I loaded the trailer. Cost me an entire day of moving as I had to sit at the tire shop for 2 1/2 hrs.
Justin LPeople were kind and helpful, but trucks were parked in back. Had to traverse a muddy dirt and rock road with deep puddles to get to the truck.

We stopped off at the Orchard location to ask questions and clean the windows. They were very patient and even helped us as our multitudinous questions kept them past closing time.

beverly pI have had hit and miss experiences in the past with U-Haul locations. However, this location was excellent, efficient and friendly. Recommend them wholeheartedly.
Randall CThe truck was parked pretty far away from the check out counter. The breaks on the truck were very very squeeky. I was accused of causing damage to the truck that a previous renter caused.

Wade CMake sure the reserved items are actually available/included at time of pickup. We did a mobile pickup and found that one of the dollys we had paid for was missing.

Edward PDid not love that I had to pull the truck out when we picked up and back it back in to the space where we found it upon return. This location doubles as a landscaping nursery, and has some pretty tight spaces to get through. Was a bit nerve wracking pulling in and out of tight spaces in a larger vehicle that I don’t typically operate.

Tyler TThe break’s on the truck were bad, they charged me for two days rental when I used it for one day and return it when I had to return the truck, but I was 10 minutes late and I was charged for another full day. And I was asked to put more gas then when I took the truck out. So, No. I will Not recommend this place to anyone. I should get my money back for them renting me a truck that could have caused me to have an accident.

Felicia PI purchased the rental and had someone else go pick it up. When she got there the salesperson told her she had to have the safe towing coverage, which is not true. The small uhaul rental was for a Girl Scout camping trip and the girls paid for it with their own money so they got conned out of an additional $18 due to the salesman telling the person who picked it up that it was required which is really disappointing

Michael HI was told I would be reimbursed for any fuel over a 1/4 tank and retired it with 3/8 over that and was stiffed on the reimbursement. They will charge you if under 1/4 tank but not reimburse you for over. Crooks.

Candice RThere was nobody there when I returned the vehicle. I returned at 4:30 when the place is open until 5. Had to leave keys on a desk because the lock box was broken. What I was charged for was extremely in accurate. Was charged for 134 miles and only drove about 25. Not a great experience.

Rachel PThe APP is terrible - Even though I just rented from you 5 months ago same place and same location same credit card etc. etc. etc. I had to wait almost 30 minutes and chat so you could verify my identity via another person. Ridiculous.
