The check in process was endless. It took 1 hour to check in and the questions were a repeat of what I had done over the phone.

Negatives first. The location is not easy to access, especially so with a trailer. The gentleman behind the counter was busy with a customer on the phone and in front of him, AND it was Friday afternoon. So, I can understand why he just instructed me to leave the trailer and he would "get to it." However, I felt uneasy just leaving the trailer without him officially receiving it from me and giving me confirmation. Regardless, the following Wednesday (the day of this review) I received email confirmation of the successful return! Now for the positives. The gentleman behind the desk was obviously very adept at multitasking and has a good memory. He seems to follow through on his word, which is admirable. Ultimately a good experience! Thank you!

I prepaid for all truck and blankets. My original pickup location and time was changed. To make up for that uhaul changed my 2 dozen blankets to 3 dozen for the $20 I already paid. When I picked up the truck this man ask for my drivers licencse and credit card. I ask that I would not be paying again and he said "no because it was already paid". He only had 35 blankets in his entire store not the 36 i needed. The next day when i checked my credit card i found a $9.08 charge for his store. I went back to the forms he gave me and found he charged me for the dozen blankets that was included on original contract. This is a very shoddy operation that doesn't even have enough supplies like blankets for people to use. Should not be used if they can not read a contract. My wife was setting there and heard the whole conversation.

I’m was charged for fuel because someone can’t read the gauge. I took a picture at drop off with the corresponding mileage and the level was higher than when I picked the truck up.

I was uncomfortable leaving the lock for the truck at the front door because of the neighborhood. But I guess they're not expensive.

When waiting on the trailer to be hooked up and to complete the paperwork for my husband I was sitting in and the owner of this business was talking on the phone in his office but within hearing range. For 10 minutes he spoke using pervasive offensive language. The f word and MF words many times. We won’t use this location again. Nancy corbett

The service was slow. Paperwork mileage was incorrect and since the picture I have doesn’t show the whole truck number I’m getting charged for additional miles I did not put on this truck!
