There was not a worker, and I signed up to pay at the location. The truck was parked so close to a wall that I had to drive it into the middle of the parking lot to take the required photos. The link was not working properly. After I talked with two different customer service reps, I finally had to download the app, which I didn't want to do. This whole process took me an extra hour to pick up the vehicle. It was VERY frustrating.

Ryszard KNice and convenient location, however cell coverage was so poor and with all the pictures needed for self service, it took forever to get checked and checked out. I would not use the location again because of that. Perfect truck and nice neighborhood location if it were not for that. Maybe add a guest WiFi to the location?

Douglas CThis was my first and last time renting from U-haul. 0/10. First, you make a reservation online, which seems seamless until you go to pick up the truck and the “approval” process takes over 30 minutes and you’re still charged for your full reservation time slot. Additionally, I rented a dolly, which wasn’t on the truck. I called customer service, which was no help. A representative told me to speak with whoever runs the U-Haul service at the establishment. I talked to him and he seemed remorseful and said I would get a refund. I woke up to no refund plus extra charges for mileage, gas and dolly that I didn’t use. I put the gas back where it was. The mileage I drove was 8 miles LESS than what I estimated in my reservation. This was just a very ghetto, subpar experience.
