There are a number of issues with being a new location. First, the location should have had other UHAUL branded equipment for sale including boxes, tape, and other supplies. Second, there needs to be reliable and stable internet available to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Third, if you're going to set someone back time because of a mechanical issue, compensate monetarily (discount). An apology as a business practice is not something that will go far or allow for repeat business.

I had reserved on line, but the attendant couldn't find it and it had to be done over in person. It took awhile, seems like it should be more efficient since it had all been done ahead of time.
