It seemed unprofessional, the lock box for the keys was busted ioen so I had to drop my key through the door instead. When I cam to pick up the truck the guy just had all the keys in a cardboard box.

PICKING UP- You guys gave us the wrong code to open up the lock box for the keys. We waited outside for 30-minutes in the hot sun. Wasn't accessible getting in touch with a representative. Truck doors were open when we got first got there. Truck was dirty. DROPPING OFF- had trouble checking out because you guys charged us for fuel, when we returned it with a fuel tank. Ended up having to call you guys again to make sure you didn't overcharge us. Hopefully, the next time we do this (which we most likely will, despite our first experience doing this with you guys), it will be a lot smoother, you guys will give us the correct code and clarify the gas gauge upon returning the vehicle.

The truck was working well, but the windshield was very dirty and the washer fluid was out. We would highly recommend this location as everything else was perfect: Quick, efficient, had everything ready on time, made it as pleasant and easy as they could, function of the truck was great.

I like the people.who work here. They seem very friendly and I will rent here again in the future. the only thing I woulc point out is that the windshield was not clean and I hope when I rent from them in the future, that the windshield will be clean. other than that, I thought everything went well!

The bathroom commodes were stopped up. When I purchased a dolly, the gentlemen pulled out the worst one, I pleaded for another one. Money was taken out of my account for no apparent reason. Money was charged to my account and was not given back until I called my bank with a complaint. The experience was not a good one. Good day!

Could not get my truck rental reservations to work took way too long will only rent from U-Haul only businesses from now on also reserved 2 furniture dollies that they didn’t have

Most important is there were 1. No open office or even outdoor station for the attendants, and 2. The attendants were clearly marginally-engaged parttime workers, stationed (when they could be found—it took a phone call to U-Haul’s 800 number for them to locate the worker of whom there was absolutely no sign at scheduled pickup time) conducting U-Haul business in the parking lot of the locked building on what appeared to be their personal cell phones. There were absolutely no identifiable clothes or name tag or any way to determine these people wete bona fide Uhaul workers: one wore only a sweatshirt, plain beanie and jeans. The other, at the time of return, sat in the parking lot, with what appeared to be a girlfriend or wife, in his personal van, which was strewn with clothing and debris. These were manifestly unprofessional and scarcely presentable persons representing the U-Haul brand, and these peculiar in-the-parking-loy encounters had a strange, fly-by-night character as if the customer were meeting a drug dealer in a public park—presumably not the image U-Haul wishes to convey. Additionally, 3. An “EZ Fuel” line item was mysteriously added to the invoice, despite my having refueled the vehicle prior to return. I e-mailed the agent at the e-mail address they provided to inquire what this was and to credit back the amount. As of this writing, almost 10 hours have passed since my inquiry, which was sent at 11:33 am. Still the inquiry has gone unacknowledged. Your kind assistance following up on this matter with this agent will be much appreciated.

After check in and paperwork I was given a 9’ Cargo Van with 2 Tire Pressure Warnings-both front tires. The owner of the business claimed that he had no idea how to fix it, that it’s fine, and that it had been like that. Instead of believing him because of common sense, I drove to a tire shop to get all of the pressures checked. The front tires giving the warning were less than half of what was required as picture in the front door sill and the rear tires were 10PSI under. Furthermore, after leaving the initial U-Haul Pickup Location, the same owner that mentioned that he had no idea about how to solve the tire issue advised me that I would have to bring cash for the return and stating that it would be $100 without even knowing how many miles in the city I would actually end up driving... I will never visit this location again and would rather take the hit on larger price margin by going with Penske, Avon, Midway or similar to get a reliable vehicle and honest service.

Please confirm exact pick-up locations. I initially tried to pick-up a truck just using my mobile device. It didn't work and when I called, I just got passed around from one department to another with no actual help or answer. In doing so, I wasted 45 mins and still never got the truck. Luckily, Shipping Terminal was up the street and I made it before they closed. Afterwards, I got a call asking about my initial reservation. I was highly upset and disappointed.

I've dealt with some really horrible service at other uhaul locations in the past but this place was a breathe of fresh air. Every time I come to this location it's quick and easy and always a pleasant experience.
