Answer your phones! This location NEVER answers the phone. When we walked in, the guy was sitting at the counter playing on his phone. I had called several times, but no one ever answered.DAVID G.

I had a blowout my first 100 miles. Waited and waited finally he replaced both tires but missed my dinner appointment with my grandchildren in Abilene. Also messed up my hotel reservation in Lubbock. Not happy. The next morning we were driving and tires on front separated making it impossible to drive. Called and waited and waited and waited finally both front tires were replaced. Missed appointment with help to unload. Wiped out my back unloading-myself. I suspect that since the truck had 26,000 miles on it the tires were probably the original tires. Service did not do a good job with maintaining the truck. I almost had a major accident on I-20. It was my worst experience with UHaul. Over the years I have rented many UHAUL trucks but will probably rent elsewhere for my move in July. I am not happy with with this experience it cost me almost twice as much with everything that happened. I would like to speak with someone in Customer Service. My number is 806-663-9055. Charged me for three days rental instead of two. 47 hours and 45 minutes = 3 days in their book. I guess they cannot add and subtract. To be fair, the agent did tell me that she would enter as a 24-hour rental so I would not get charged for 3 days but was still charged for 3 days. My auto insurance covers rentals, but U-Haul gives you the scare tactic; you will have to pay on the spot if you have an accident so better get safe move. What a crock. Three days of safe move costs more than my monthly auto insurance. I fell for it (I know... dumb move) but was told by agent the $14 cost for safe move would cover the entire rental. I thought better be safe than sorry. Unfortunately, the agent was wrong... its $14 per day. So do not get if you have decent auto insurance. It is a rip-off. This location did not have equipment I requested with on-line reservation. Why did U-Haul send me to this location when they did not have the equipment? I suppose it is U-Haul mode of operation to get more money for mileage. If you are going to rent from U-Haul, get everything in writing. Plan to drive 10 + miles (pay $20) out of the way to pick up equipment as you will never get the location you requested. This location does not answer their phone. I have called several times to resolve issue and they don't answer. If you call the corporate office, you will be on hold for more than 40 minutes to be told you will need to call the location. Go figure. When you replace gas in vehicle DO NOT return with more fuel in thank than when you left. They will not give you credit. One last thing... U-Haul plays games with your credit card. It makes sense from an accounting standpoint, but why don't they just charge your card one time instead of debiting back and forth and placing holds on your account? U-Haul equipment helped me get the job done but a very frustrating and non-friendly business model. Buyer (renter) beware!jack H.

When I first went to pick the truck up I couldn't get the app to work properly. Had to wait until Sat morn to go pick it up for a real person. Whitney was very nice and helpful. I had never seen the storage building I had rented. After going and getiing a load, we went to the storage place only to find it was way TOO SMALL. I immadetialy called the 1800 customer service number and talk to Rachel I believe. She had told me NOT a problem she would cancel it and they would refund the payment for that. I had also emailed them about this and have confirmation from her . Also, I had forgot to put gas back in the truck cause danny dropped it off for me. I had discuseed this with her and she said GO up there on Monday morning get the truck and go refuel. I did that. The lady that was working there told me OH NO MAAM you cannot do that. I explained to her what the Call center had told me. She pretty much called me a liar and refused to llet me go gas it up. I am thinking now she only did this ato cost me more money. As of today around 1230 I called Whitney at this location about the refund on my card for the Storage. She told me there WILL NOT be any refunds and hung up on me. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated at this location and will make sure to spread the word. I am a single woman trying to make ends meet and with people lying about what you can and cannot do is nonsense. I would hope that this issue is resolved as it should be. Asked rep if rental needed to be checked in online and she stated no it did not but fail to tell me that it I would be charged an additional $20 for not checking it in on line when I returned it. This is messing with peoples money and they should be aware of the information they give customers especially when it cost them money. I am not happy.TONYA D.

The pick up location needs to be better defined. I set this up to return to Evergreen, CO (where I live). During my rental, I was notified that the return location was in Conifer, CO. This is a 45 minute round trip to make the return. I would have selected a different return location had I known that when I set up the reservation.Jon D.

The area available for after hour drop off was congested making it difficult to position the trailer for drop off. The driveway was flooded with significant water even though there hasn't been rain in several days. This appears to be roadway issue as much as anything.Richard J.
