I rented a uhaul previous to this rental the total charge was less than this time. I booked this as the EXACT SAME rental. How can my bill be soo much more.??? This makes ZERO sense. I will find another rental company for my next trip. This makes absolutely no sense.XANDRA MICHELE S.
I was informed by your personnel that I had 24 hours and I was charged for two rental periods even though I did not exceed that 24 hours. Also your truck was not cleaned or locked up when I got there. The truck had the passenger side seal ripped off laying in the floorboard and the driver side door hardly wanted to shut!!Bryan T.
Don't call customers and change reservation pick up spot. You could have taken truck from where I had to pick up at and taken it to where I reserved it. Also have a clear explanation of pick up when the business is closed. I called to sort out the situation and all I got was the run around. Also asked repeatedly for drop off location on multiple calls. Didn't receive an answer until I was enroute to unload the uhaul. Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had. Still have two more moves to complete and I will shop around instead of going with uhual right off.larry C.

Went here to this location to rent a trailer to hall a motorcycle frome Athens to parkersburg. The customer service was excellent. Went to south side uhaul to rent one first and they told me because my brothers ex wife owed them money from 2011 they wouldn't rent to me because same last name put me in a real pickle. Would not recommend them to no one at the blizzard drive store. Was rude too. Thank u Belpre uhaul for helping me out .TIMOTHY MICHAEL R.

The employee was very nice, but her attention was spread to thin. After I hooked to the car dolly I noticed an issue. So I went up to office so she could get a picture of the trailer hooked up and she was on the phone with a customer, had a second in the office and I still had a issue. One of the tire straps was damaged and wouldnt work. When I pointed it out to her all she said was she didnt know anything and to go to another uhaul to see if they could fix it, turn around and walked in the store.Chris F.

I was not impressed with the Belpre location. The truck was very dirty inside the cargo bed and inside the cab. I called the location 2 times and left a message and asked them to call me back and they never did return my call...I showed up at the location to retreive an item I left in the truck and told them I had called twice and their reply was..."you aren't the first person to tell us they left a message",,,?????Craig H.

Ensure that keys are available when a 24/7 pick up is used. I had a 7 am pick up---- the only time we had that day ---but the key was not available. I had to reschedule for the next day, which was a problem. In top of that I had two separate authorization charges on my account until the rental was completed. Uhaul did send the $50 guguaranteed which was helpful.Noelle H.

Stands that trailer tongues rest on are not tall enough and we had to pick up trailer to put on hitch. Could easily hurt someone with this foolishness. Thankfully there were several of us and we worked as a team, but this should not be a necessity. Easy to cause damage to trailer, vehicle and people.Marcella R.

I think it's REDICULAS that I reserved a 17foot truck only for it to be not available at the location I chose. So I had to make extra trips and spend more money on mileage. I think this is a trick uhaul uses to make more money. I will never use Uhaul again.Justin H.

Truck was covered with snow and ice, and the clerk told us they couldn't clean it off because running the truck engine to use defrosters would use gas. It took us 10 minutes to clean it off.Teresa D.

the lack of certainty regarding the reservation process was unsettling. Although I reserved the truck a week in advance, there was no certainty regarding whether or not I would actually get a truck-nor where I would pick it up until one day before pick-up date. My brother experienced the same issue and was pretty upset. I would think that a company in this business for as many years as it has been in this business could do better.byron S.
