I had issues with the app. I had to call and get assistance with the app, and had to email my pictures of returning the truck. It would have been nice to have been able to return the truck to a location where I moved to instead of 30 miles out of the way. It would have saved me some money.

I was charged money for the dolly which was not provided. At payment, they still charged me money for damages for an equipment they never supply. To get code to pick the key t took over an hour. It's a whole lot of frustration.

The only issue I had was with the U-Haul app, it was absolutely awful and took more than 30 minutes to even be able to complete the rental and get the key…..you aren’t able to create an account as it never lets you put in a password….you enter an initial password to set up your account and it doesn’t let you add the password again to make sure they match, it automatically says they don’t match. Worst app I have ever used, it was awful. Also the price that was showing when I rented it versus what we actually wound up paying was completely different. I guess y’all just get to charge whatever.

I was moving from a 3 bedroom house Essentially by myself 1 week after giving birth aside from the few hours I had some movers. I now have 5 kids single parent no family to help .I really underestimated how long it would take me to do this by myself since i did the same thing 2 years ago. But at that time I hadn't just had a baby and extended hospital stay.point is i kept getting called by this location and texted to the point it was completely stressing me out. This whole experience was already awful and this made it so much worse. I extended the lease with a uhaul rep and this location claims its not in their system. Kept wanting to know exactly when I'd be there. So worried about someone else that wanted to rent. Yet there are a whole handful of locations within the same area. In fact I wanted to pickup close by and it directed me to a whole other town. This was by far my worst experience. And yes I did explain to them the details and apologized however instead of cutting some slack

#1 Have gas in the tank, it was on E= Empty, #2 Fix the front end alignment or something, the truck’s front tires shimmed badly at 50-55 mph,it was difficult because the steering wheel had extra play in it making the drive stressful. #3 Inspect the truck for insects! A dang BEE was in the truck and stung me! This was my WORST EXPERIENCE with UHaul ever.

The initial and ending process needs to be redone or updated. It takes TOO long on both ends to get the vehicle and to return it. I lost 45 minutes of actual use, due to trying to complete and approve me getting the keys. I had movers waiting on me, that I had to pay overtime for btw, and had to pay an additional charge bc I had the vehicle past the return time(bc I lost 45 minutes waiting to get the vehicle. I was very frustrated that I had to wait, pay overtime to movers and pay a late fee for ruturning the vehicle after my intial return time.
