Ronald MThere was no employees to assist or answer any questions. I had to wait over two hours for an employee to show up. They were suppose to open at 9:00am and pick up was 9:30am. Didn't get the truck till 11:25am.
Donald PTo start with the key was in the wrong lock box and I had to contact uhaul for assistance the person at the pick up location was not there. After finally getting the key and opening the truck the gas was below a quarter of a tank probably a eighth of a tank. The truck had to be cleaned the cloth I used to clean was covered in grime and black when I finished. My first ever experience with uhaul was a disaster.
