Would like to thank Denise for everything she was great helped me with everything over the phone due to the lady at the location I was getting the truck from being sick which I totally understand. Denise stood in for her and took very good care of me I will definitely be using yall for services if I ever need them again thanks again Denise for being so helpful and understanding and respectful.

Gail PrettymanOrdered truck in advance,, did a point check and first truck had no oil or antifreeze in it,, they gave me another truck, but the dolly couldn't be used because the plug into the truck was not working, oil was black, when 2nd truck was given they did not reprint correct paperwork so was over charged for gas at drop off, was one of the first times uhaul was not up to par.
Ronde AsayMake sure that the customer knows that this location will charge you at the time of pickup and then charge you again at the time you return their equipment. Make sure you take pictures and videos of everything because they tried charging me a $75 cleaning fee two weeks after I returned the vehicle. My wife and I made sure to clean every part of the vehicle including the parts we didn't touch or use. Taking pictures and video to verify this really helps because they can't charge a $75 cleaning fee for a truck that is already clean.
