The vehicle was great. I needed to get pillows to boost myself so I could see over the steering wheel. Side mrrors were very dirty. Would have been helpful and safer if they had been wiped. I had nothing to wipe with. It did the job and pick up location was very convenient.

Greetings! Front desk people at pick up and delivery were fenomenal, great customer service with both individuals, my complaint is not against them, when I picked up the van I intended to rent a truck two days after and the U-Haul system showed available at the porvencher Location, after I left a very rude person on the phone was advising me to pick up the truck at a different location, to which I did not have agreed at the moment, I canceled there after the truck rental and kept the van, no problem, however my drop off time was supposed to be 5pm as per the contract showed, and the location I had to drop the car was closing on Saturday at 3pm… so I had to deliver the car earlier impacting my moving schedule. There is a huge disconnection in between what your agents see online and what the actual people behind desk or business hours are, major inconvenience, my van was gave to me dirty, the mileage reader was off and there was a discrepancy between the mileage shown in the contract compared to the actual mileage on the vehicle. I hope this information helps to better your service please don’t take it as negative criticism, I will rent again with you guys for sure however would like these issues addressed if possible:-)

Tristan HodgesWe were using the rental for wedding deliveries over a weekend in Winnipeg. WE wanted to add two drivers to the authorized driver list through your website and the system never worked. We spent over an hour in the store trying to come up with a solution, but there is no alternate method of doing this, so we were stuck waiting. The store also told us to bring the vehicle back empty of fuel, as it was given to us empty. How can you bring a vehicle back empty? I left the vehicle with approx. $60 dollars of gas in it. The vehicle had two foreign pieces of garbage in the back. This was truly a bad experience where other times we've rented from other locations were very good. Ray Daumler .

Sarina SidorchukThe parking lot was not appropriately snow plowed, the vehicle was clean though not equipped with appropriate tires nor snow brush for window. The vehicle was stuck for 45 mins leaving and 45 mins coming back into the parking lot to return it. Also, its rear driver side tire would spin and get stuck on very little snow which required me to go into reverse on major thoroughfares to get unstuck which is a safety risk. The service at the location was very good. They tried to help me get unstuck (a helpful stranger towed out the truck), were apologetic about my experience. In the end I had a friend follow me with shovels to help me get unstuck.
