After hours drop off was easy and efficient. The online process was very simple (you have to know how to turn location services on for iPhone).

John HI was bait and switched from the beginning. The theodosia rental place was very helpful but uhaul totally ripped me off. They was supposed to charge me $50 for the trailer then charged my card over $150. They also said I had the trailer more than a day. I had that trailer for 6 hours and that's it! Not happy at all and I will be going as high uo the chain as I need to until someone can do something about it. I called 6 times and was transferred about 6 more times. This is ridiculous. Next time I need to rent anything I'll never go to uhaul. Can't trust them anymore

Kevin BI greatly appreciate Ben's attitude towards my rental experience. I questioned the total in regards to my 72 hours of use yet it appeared I was being billed for 96 hours of use and Ben was my advocate and I am greatly satisfied with the outcome!
Don HClean out all the trash from the cab and have the tank filled to 3/4 capacity as I was expected to. The tank was below 3/4 when I picked it up.

Brett MBen, the U-haul dealer was great! U-haul the company needs to streamline the procedure. It is impossible to use your web site both as a customer and as a U-haul dealer. Ben was very persistent trying to use your computer site but it took many tries to get all the way through your procedure.. Thanks again to Ben in Theodosia!

Rosalyn HI rented the truck online, so all I had to do was pick up the truck. Not the case. I spent 30 minutes going over everything at the pick up location, that I had already completed online. The truck barely had enough gas to drive to a gas station to refuel. Because I had to fill the tank, I ended up returning the truck with about $15.00 more gas in it then when I picked it up. I have never heard of truck being rented without a full tank of gas. The passenger side windshield wiper was broken, and it disconnected when I turned them on when it started raining. I had to rig the wiper in order to get it to stay on for my 8 hour drive in the middle of nowhere in the rain.

Shawn SAfter a ton of confusion of the size we needed...we get to the place wait forever and eventually call to get someone to come out and help us. They didn't even come out to check the truck out with us. Gas was 1/2 tank it was supposed to be 3/4 I tell them and they said they would get it adjusted. Then we go to drop it off and was told the wrong place also told them I didn't want the $15 insurance they charged for it anyway!! Said they would credit us $10 for the gas...nope they charged the full price!! We filled it up and it went almost to Full!! We had to reserve another Uhaul with them a week later and get a text saying they don't have what we reserved!! We are having to drive a hr out of the way to go pick it up!!
