UHaul seemed like a secondary business they were running but the drop off went smoothly. Facility/office was just 3 Stars. Location was in a quiet local which is a plus. I would still go there again if I need to rent locally.
James HNo present for the pick up time at 9:30 am on a Saturday and no one there for the drop off at 9:30 am on a Monday. These are not crazy hours. This was my first time renting a truck and it was NOT easy. Don’t say you are operating at certain hours when you are not.
Jonell SThis vehicle was horrible! The steering was so bad it meanders down the road. Thankfully I was only local and not taking this on highways. The driver door wasn't even able to open all the way due to the huge dent in the fender from previous users. I've only used Uhaul a handful of times and never had any issues. This truck was horrific.

Glenn Athe off hours pick up was very frustrating. between logging in, waiting for passwords, on the phone with customer service... we lost about an hour in the parking lot. please improve this process
Scott TI was not told that there was an additional fee for after hours drop off which is ridiculous considering I had to schedule the uhaul truck twice and spoke to someone when I picked up the truck. The app also did not let me return the truck because the location function was not working. I returned the key to leave before trying to access the uhaul website. After which, the site told me I needed live pictures of the truck which I no longer had because I returned the key. BE MORE CLEAR ABOUT AFTER HOUR DROP OFF AND IMPROVE THE APP/SITE TO DO SO.

Josephine PEnclosed trailers should come with a tongue Jack and wheel chocks. This made things difficult without them.
Max EThe furniture pads were missing and so was the furniture dolly. It made my move difficult and damaged my furniture. Would not choose this location again.
Ayaan PI had to change the size of my truck. U-haul system was down. We called U-Haul, and she was able to do it over the phone. Very quickly. Thank you. If she was not able to change it because of the system being down, then it wouldn've been a problem.

Allen RThe attendant at the location was friendly and did his best to help me. Unrelated to this location, the reservation process was 1 star. I requested a unit at a location 25 minutes away and 3 1/2 hours earlier. I had no idea when I reserved that I wouldn’t know when and where to pick up a trailer until 6 pm the day before. This will certainly make me think twice before using U-Haul in the future.
David TThis was the worst experience I ever had renting a truck from u-Haul first no one told me I have to go on a app to get my truck secondly it took me 2 hours just to sign my truck out I could not sign my truck out I kept calling the home office they keep trying to help me and they couldn't fix the problem the app that you guys use it's garbage it also rented me two trucks which I didn't rent two trucks I only rent one I was so upset it causes me to lose 2 hours of my moving time and no one cared even though I complained I've been out there for 2 hours trying to sign my truck out this is my fourth time using U-Haul company and this is the worst experience I ever had going in the the store itself and doing business with a live person is way and much better that way you have no problem or complication.

Bret PThe change of pick-up location was communicated well in advance. It was a one way rental from NJ to NC so the pickup was 22 miles from my home but that was acceptable under the circumstances. The insurance cover offered was reasonable and gave me peace of mind, so I took it.

Jhon Si was charged 20 miles over than what i actually used. i only drove 80 miles as my receipt stated by the miles in and out, but was charged for 100 and nobody has seemed to be able to fix their mistake. i’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied and i will never rent from this location or company again.
