Claimed printer had no paper and refused to secure the closest drop off location like the phone rep said they would. I think it was more ineptitude than unwillingness.

The locking mechanism for the back of the trailer doors was almost impossible to open and close. I hurt myself trying to open the doors. I had to buy some lubricant to get it opened but pulled a muscle trying to open the doors.

The tires were flat. The expectation is the equipment will be ready to use immediately upon renting. This equipment was not safe to use. I have rented from U-haul multiple times as a military member I have moved at least 5 times with my family with U-haul. This unit was not ready to go.

I will recommend the parts store, however I will not recommend U-Haul or be utilizing U-Haul again. After returning the truck overnight, I was informed after the fact that even though I was ahead of the deadlines and under the mileage that the computer generated for this rental, I would not be refunded estimated $530.40 for the rental and an estimated $150.00 in unused mileage. Due to the dishonest practices of this company and the way business has been conducted to steal so that their company may continue to function, I will not recommend nor will I utilize U-Haul for any future needs until this is resolved to my satisfaction.
