DAVID BRenting the truck was horrible. We requested a place close to us & ended up having The location changed twice. We drive over on Friday to pick up after hours & the keys were not left in the box for us. We then had to drive back over the next morning. Upon arrival the staff was amazing & very apologetic for our inconvenience.

RONALD MIf I rent a trailer the chances of having the wire hook up is slim. This should be provided seeming how it is required to legally pull the equipment rented.
Christy FThe rental was in horrible mechanical shape. No pick up when gas pedal was pressed and the steering alignment was so bad it was hard to keep on the road. In my opinion it’s not a safe vehicle for rental in its current state.
JEFFERY DIt took 4 trailers before I had a good one. The owner got mad and snapped at me because I refused to keep connecting my truck to trailer to find a good one. Said that is the only way to see if they are good. They mixed trailer numbers, one trailer had fender falling off. One had light out. Another had piece welded to fender ramps to prevent full stow on ramps making trailer too low, an inch from the ground.
Don WThe one problem was the location of the keys. There was a lock on the main gate so you had to walk up and down an embankment to get to the key location. If the location is open it appears it would be better or they need to move the key box for 24/7 access.

valerie mThis location ans easy to find. The app checkout process was super easy and explained everything . My only suggestion would be to have the lock key drop box closer to the gate for after hour pickup. We had to climb the fence to access the key drop box by the stores front door.

The location originally rented from told us they were gling to tell uhaul not to allow us to rent again...horrible customer service at location in Farmerville Louisiana

Terry AThey were closed when I dropped it off. The drop off location is behind a gate which would be difficult for elderly people to access and terrain is steep.
Bobby BI was supposed to pick up at a location in Greenville ms. They did not have my truck. The man at king's tire in Greenville ms was incredibly rude and would not help me at all. Said he didnt have my reservation and that's the end of it. A gentleman at Virgil's smoked meats was very helpful and gave me a number to call to get help because the 1800 number I had was not even taking calls. I ended up driving 100 miles out of my way to get a truck and 100 miles back to my house. The experience was horrible. You need to do something to insure your customers have a truck waiting when they have a reservation

clifton fDrop off box was behind a locked gate and not clearly marked. We left truck on their adjacent lot with other trucks but had to go thru a ditch and using flash lights finally located after hours key box.
