The service was excellent but the physical location was average: it's kind of hidden but they have signs to eventually find it. But the guy working the desk was top notch and handled the rental very quickly.

Hello, I canceled this reservation. The Uhual rep on the phone tried to call Thriftee but left a message. This facility was unsafe and the exterior was dirty and full of graffiti (maybe Murals might help). It appeared that there were possible squatters living on the property. I did not feel comfortable leaving my belongings at this site.

We moved into a storage unit here after a house fire. They were very kind to us, and our stuff stayed exactly as we left it until we came to pick it up in preparation for a move across the country. Highly recommended.

I am so sorry that I didn't put yes, and I was fully prepared to deal with the fee. It was after a very long concert, and I was way too tired to find a gas station near the facility so please forgive me. The fact that you guys came in clutch with the truck when you couldn't find one initially means the world to me. I am U-Haul forever.

On Sunday, August 7th, I came to your facility to pick up the contents of my unit. 50% of my unit was destroyed by pests and I was only able to salvage a few items. The mattress was compromised and the rats ate through the mattress cover. I had to dispose of most of my belongings and valuables. The bed set and mattress was the main purpose of the unit and it was ruined. I’d like a refund or compensation for the unit because my items were damaged as they were under your care since April. I paid for the unit to keep it safe and I was assured that there were precautions you take to fight against pests but I see that was not the case. Please let me know when I can receive a refund.

It's just too sketchy of an area late at night to be standing in a dark alley with my phone in my hand fucking around with the uhaul app and taking pictures, pretty much oblivious of what's happening around me because I have to concentrate on the check out process. Didn't really feel safe. Also, I drove 17 miles and they/you charged me $40 for gas. $40? I expected an exorbitantly high fee for not getting my own gas but not a 400% markup.

They gave me a faulty lock with my rental. It broke and I had to wait two extra days and drive all this distance for absolutely nothing because I couldn't open the truck gate. I was then charged triple and a cleaning fee even though I had left the unit clean. On top of that it says you can pick up your truck after five pm. And when you get there is no one and you have to wait until the next day. Luckily some guy was “getting lemons” when my reservation was goin on and he gave me my truck. This is absolutely theeee worst uhaul I have ever been to by a large margin. I wouldn't even recommend this to an enemy. This is by far the shadiest worst uhaul I have ever used. 0/10

Daniel was really nice but our Uhaul was given to us with a disconnected tail light without us knowing and we got pulled over by a cop for our turn signal being out. Also the check engine oil light was on.

Impossible to turn into lot off Glendale without doing a 3 point turn in nonstop traffic, awful parking and navigation inside, charged for insurance when I specifically asked to not have it. Was greeted with extremely rushed and nonchalant service despite no other customers at the place.

The area is not limate controlled which is important to note. Im not sure if that would be good for long term storage. The staff, however, is incredibly kind and attentive so thats great.

This place is beyond run down, its not easy to maneuver a cart because the lot isn`t flat and there are many narrow or awkward halls and doorways. This would`ve made my move a nightmare
